Fishing For Bluefish At A Secret Location In NYC

Since my dogs love bluefish I decided to try and find some and I went to one of New York City's secret fishing locations. It was a rainy and to most people a miserable day to be out but not for true fishermen. I caught a few sharks and at the end I finally landed a bluefish. Bonus footage of me feeding my two dogs some bluefish snacks!

The path to get there is a pretty challenging trek. It's roughly a thin one foot in front of the other 1/4 mile of slippery jetty rocks and loose boulders along a mossy and muddy shoreline. It takes minimum effort to slip and fall or to get seriously injured. So if anyone decides to go my advice would be to go as a group or turn or your phones location just in case.

Yes indeed they are known "pole snatchers lol" and i never have more then 2 rods in the water because of that exact reason!
