    Courage, self worth and action - I own my worth, I uplift myself, I write a beautiful story about my worth, I stand firmly in my truth. I am enough, cause who I am, I finish my projects, I show kindness and celebrate my goals. My journey is to handle eberything that comes my way. I set boundaries, I value relationships, I understand my own needs and value. What do I need to feel safe? I communicate my respect. I communicate direct and kind. Please speak respectful, I proect ny own peace! My responsity is to value my boundaries. I set boundaries and keep them. I say to myself. To my needs, to my goals, to my health. I set clear boundaries, I honour my boundaries. I am able to handle respect, I stop responding. I act with intention, I understand, I see the bigger picture. I make a pause before I react, I take a deep breath. I have a mindset with intensions. I am open to understand. Curiousity helps. I take nothing personallity. I am capable, I prioritze connection. I make space for solution. I am in control. I handle situation with integrety. I say no to things that don't align. I am honest, I prefer long time peace. I speak my truth, I communicate my needs. I know my value. I know what to allow in my life. Sometimes we have to leave to get power back. Sometimes we just have to create space. I protect my self respect and peace. Loyality to myself is the highest priority specially when you have tendencies to people please. Healthy relationship to our self supports body and mind.
