my advice for govt of telangana ,If govt wanted to take land and house for true devolpment they have to pay the full market prize to them and take over the house plots for devlopment.and govt should not sell govt lands in auctions, they should Make good devlopment of 100 yards ,150, 200,yards plotting layouts in govt land in and over city and give them for 8000 rs to 12000 rs per yard .and give permissions for house free of cost .let them make their houses for construction . If govt is giving market vallu for their houses which u are removing and providing good plots for them in good prize they will buy their own property which u have taking their houses by giving them money for their houses .
