Can I just tell you my mouth was hanging open when I saw you peel the glue off the clay!!! Oh my gosh, you are so crafty and talented!!!!!! Can't wait to try this. Thank you thank you thank you!
Wonderful technique and so easy too. Thank you for sharing. I have your book on my ereader and I like it so much that I've decided to get it in hard copy as well.
Dear Yonat hi, I'm really amazed by what you did in the video, I could not ever imagine that we could use glue on clay to make what you did :-) I do have three questions though, the one is not related to the video. First, are you Greek? Because Dascalou=Δασκάλου is a totaly Greek last name! Second, if we can use the scrap clay that has the glue on it and third why you use purple base clay instead of black to avoid doing the hall covering and baking procedure again and again??? Thank you so much for your video again :-)
My husband's family came from Romania I know it also has a translation in Greek too. The purple clay is scrap clay, this is my way to use it to give body to my work, and not throw it away, you can use black clay instead, I add the black clay to level the surface because the white stripe is higher. I remove all the dry glue from the clay, so there is no problem to use it.
In the bracelet I add the black to level the surface, because the white stripe is higher then the surface, so in this case I will do it even if the body of the bracelet was black. The purple clay is scrap clay, I use it to give body to my work and cover it, this is my way to use the scrap clay and not throw it away, Thanks :)

Konstantina Koutsoulianou thank you :)
Thank you for a great video, good idea too, now I know why my bracelets broke.....I wasn't doing them thick enough!😧
Maureen Howard Thank you :)
I like the stencil idea. Why not use black instead of the purple and then you don't have to cover it up?
In the bracelet I add the black to level the surface, because the white stripe is higher then the surface, so in this case I will do it even if the body of the bracelet was black.

Ah ok, didn't realize it was scrap.
***** Sometime the scrap clay has a nice shade :)
