Thanks, did this one ages ago ua-cam.com/video/Eplw863Eyhs/v-deo.html but have been planing to do a better one (probably one where I talk). Will try do one next month when we are shut down. I think I have even changed how I fillet slightly since this one.
Hi, I'm a big fan and very appreciative of your efforts with your youtube channel ... but a quick question about your filleting knives ... what do you use to sharpen them? I see you touch them up with a steel, but do you just use a stone or some other sharpening tool when needing to put the edge back on them? In any case, your filleting skills and durability of your knives are also impressive.
Hi mate thanks, I have always just sharpened with a stone. More recently brought a jig (ezsharp) that helps you keep your angles. But only do this every couple of weeks so easily a few hundred fish. They are never super sharp but do keep a reasonable edge for a long time.
Good weather and lots of fish make memories for the kids that last a lifetime. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge of fish species is impressive.
Cheers. I try to include as much extra info for the punters as I can.
Thanks for a great day out Adam, amazing experience and some awesome fish for dinner that night.
Cheers, happy we could show you a good day.
Hey mate great job, can you do an in-depth video on how you fillet please
