Her version of Darna is the one I first watched growing up and also watched her movies with the late FPJ. I never knew she is this an amazing, kind and charitable person. This is the most wholesome interview of Fast Talk for me.
This lady is the true meaning of woman in actions. Pure intentions, dedications of oneself for the service of others n advocacy in educating our youth who are the hope of our country. The world needs more like you, Miss Nanette Medved-Po, Im so proud of your kindness,integrity, compassions n dedications to help build classrooms for the education n success of the future generations. Mayaman, very humble at mabait ito si Nanette. Napa ka simple mamuhay. Maraming charitable organisations ito si Nanette, she is a big philantropist. Chinese businessman husband niya si Chris Po, galing sa family na may-ari ng Century Food Corporations.
Maganda talaga itong si Nanette kasi Half- Taiwanesse half Russian siya eh.

Last year hinanap ko socmed acct niya kc nacurious ako kung kmsta na ba siya then i found out sa IG niya kung gaano siya kadedicated ngayon n tumulong sa iba pati sa environment. With that, im super happy and proud na ang ayos ayos ng buhay niya. Isa kc siya sa gusto kong leading lady ni FPJ gandang ganda ako sa knya non. Parang nagchange ang looks niya ngayon kumpara dati pero maganda p din halatang mestiza at di tumataba. Napaka blessed na tao dahil isa din siyang blessing sa ibang tao.

I'm so proud my mom was a public teacher for 40 years. From 1968 to 2008. From 2008, she involved herself being elected Senior Citizen President in our bario, and eventually elected Senior Citizen President in our Municipality. Even until now, she is still teaching Religion in our elementary school. Such a lifetime profession

Finally, Nanette Medved graciously appeared for an interview on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda". Despite her departure from showbiz, she selflessly dedicates herself to supporting public classroom schools nationwide. The younger generation may be unfamiliar with her, but her decision to leave the industry holds greater significance than simply pursuing film projects. I used to admire her as a fan.
Nanette Medved has shown everyone what Beauty and Brains look like, once again. I enjoyed this interview. She was, as always, truly articulate and sincere in her answers, lovelier in sharing her anecdotes about Da King, and most delightful humbly acknowledging the achievements her family's company, under her leadership, has done, to help improve communities around, one step at a time.
On a side.note, receiving the Philippine Flag back from the school he donated it to was obviosuly an emotional moment for Boy, but please remember that no matter how old, faded or tattered our flag is, it SHOULD NEVER TOUCH the ground (stage floor in this case), this apparently briefly escaped his mind. Good thing, I think someone put it away immediately as we couldn't see it in the next camera shots. HBD to Mr. Boy Abunda!

Last week lang bigla siya pumasok na isip ko at naalaala ko ung movie niya about sa "Hiram na Mukha"(hindi ko pa nga alam na yan pala ang title). Tapos kaninang umaga lang bigla lumabas sa YT ko ung 2movies niya, Darna and Hiram na Mukha, disappointed nga kasi ibang movie naman yung pinalabas kaya naghanap ako ng ibang uploads ng movie na iyon at may nakita nga ako pinanood ko at tinapos kahit malabo kasi ang ganda ng story ng movie, ang galing ni Ms. Nanette Medved, bata pa lang ako nung last ko napanood ung movie at ngayon lang rin uli kaya natutuwa ako for the chance. Then right after ng ko mapanood ang movie, nag punta ako sa FB, pagbukas ko a post about her ang unang-unang bumungad sa akin, then ngayong gabi, pagbukas ko uli ng YT, eto nakita ko ito.
Hindi ko man ginawa na isearch o itype name niya sa phone ko pero dahil nasa isip ko at eto nga napapanood ko siya uli.

During my younger days, I really admired Nannete Medved for her beauty and sexyness, although she was in a slimmer side during her prime. But, when I learned that she quitted showbiz to continue her studies and later married her rich boyfriend, I was indeed happy because she deserves this. Nanette was my schoolmate in High School in Angeles City, she was 1 year ahead of me. I will never forget, we came to school late, d kami pinapasok ng guard. Because of disciplinary actions we had to scrub the toilets🤣🤣🤣 She was genuinely mabait and humble. She was already a celebrity back then and Ronnie Ricketts came to visit her, they were dating at that time. She attended Pilipino class with other American students, they were based in Clark Air base at that time. They didn’t know how to speak Tagalog but they all passed the class. 😍
