To be fair, as a neurodivergent person myself, I still don't get the thing with putting characters' clips reacting to random scenes (and more when it's a special scene from a mature movie that somehow they decided to include) or making a long ass presentatiom of their entire cast (the more characters stuck into it, the longer the segment and the further they distance from the movie's tone or crossover's "purpose"). If as a child made "crossovers", I used to draw those characters in comics, in original stories, didn't get to messed up things (as by then I didn't know about that kind of behavior or internet in a deep way. Things like 4chan or that kind were not by then (and neither actually) the rule here in Bolivia, just institutional use), and was just a personal thing for me and no one else.
But the fact some people of that community go from just that to toxic/creepy both as beings and in their art, that is where the alarms go off.

I swear, Pooh's Adventures would always be like: Random new Disney or other movie. All your favorite characters from the movie played by characters that shouldn't be there. For example, Mario in Turning Red. Or Sonic in Forrest Gump. It don't make no sense!!!

The only thing I can say about Pooh's Adventures is that the wiki probably has more effort than the videos. If they just made the videos as random YTPs or as an "actual" indie animated crossover series, then it would've got some love.

There has to be some sort of connection to the rise of crossover multiverses in media and every Pooh Adventures video being filled to the brim with characters to the point it doesnt leave any empty space at all in the fake posters.
I sort of miss when people did these and it was obviously a joke (a la the Adventures of Breaking Bad).

I do think the crossover aspect could potentially be done well in the right hands. I mean, movies like Roger Rabbit did well for a reason [Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers arguably not so much]. There was Peter Kay's Animated All Stars where various animated characters [mostly from British cartoons] sang songs for charity. Those crossovers are good. I also don't mind making random crossovers for fun, but some of the things in THESE crossovers are... strange... to put it mildly.
Honestly as a child I used to witness one of the pooh adventures in the early days of youtube and I think to myself that is stupid, made me feel actual cringe. But seeing it now as an adult I didn't know they had a cult following of this.

When I was a little kid, I saw one about Thomas, Mlp, and some movie called Dougal. Even back then I thought these "crossover" things were weird.
The only thing I’ll give the people in this community is that some of them get a lot of clips and stitch them together in some of their videos, which may probably take a hell of a long time.
But yeah, the rest is unhinged, and I like watching it to melt my brain.
That's the thing. Those videos are a tiny light in a dark tunnel.
This is all the fandoms combine. I made a crossover fighting game called Project Renegade where a group of fighters compete to fight against fictional characters in the absorbtion to put an end to the hands of these toxic fandoms and save the entire internet. Only made in drawing but the platform could be on pc that i took note from the other game M.U.G.E.N
I will admit, as a person with autism myself, despite how infamous this fandom is (nowhere near as infamous as the Loud House), it’s weirdly funny.
I myself do crossovers, but for the most part, they make some form of sense, since I tend to make lore for said crossover.
I could never imagine someone doing a Pooh’s Adventures of Resident Evil 4, or MGRR, or hell, even Fallout!
Imagine all of those characters trying to fight against Armstrong, or the Los Illuminados, or even VERGIL from DMC! They’d be wiped with no heavy work!

I’m autistic as well and I love crossovers (as long as it made sense). I would draw them a lot when I was younger but it was never THIS excessive.
I’m still in my crossover phase,but I make sure to have a strong base that isn’t too derivative and serves to ground the story and have a “real world” to contrast the characters

Funny, I was thinking what the community thinks of Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Suno AI and so on earlier this morning. Maybe they just don't know that AI tools exist - or alternatively, they don't realise the tools could be used for their videos?
This is why that if I want to make a crossover with various shows and movies I know of, even with Pooh and Friends being the main stars then I would make... Oh y'know, ACTUAL original animation frames rather than mainly relying on video clips??? As well as having a voice cast, and adding a touch of green screen if live action actors are involved. And NO subtitles.
The Pooh adventures version of the Don Bluth movie “We’re Back a Dinosaurs Story” introduced me into such an obscure movie. My parents couldn’t afford an UA-cam account back then, so I couldn’t even comment on that video. The reason why I couldn’t watch more of those weird UA-cam videos is because that one of them had a thumbnail of a scene from my least favorite Disney movie when I was younger, the pink elephants on parade scene from the 1941 version of dumbo, to be more specific, that scene from dumbo has been given me nightmares of it, and you wouldn’t believe how many times it happened!

I saw this recent thing called Deltaforce on Poohs adventures wiki and it didn’t have Pooh or his friends in it, but it had different characters in a Alternate universe type thing and the second episode was just announced but the stuff isn’t completed yet! I THINK ITS GOOD CONTENT And it isn’t a animation but a fanfic type thing.
One of my all time treasured relics from this community is a supposed genuine parody called “Tony’s Adventures with Jonah: A Veggietales Movie” featuring characters from DHMIS, Superjail!, Undertale, and some others. They get vored by a giant Shrek and there are a bunch of black characters in his stomach.

Yo I just saw this crossover the other day with the worst Christmas movie of all time which it’s called “tino adventures of the Christmas tree” and man it’s one of the worst things I’ve ever seen. In fact, in one of the scenes, they literally stole Land before time sound track etc.
