You might not see this but I personally recommend doing squats to correct knee pain. It may not work for everyone (case by case basis) but after a few months of heavy squats my knee pain subsided, and now 9 months later I have absolutely none. Only thing is leg day is and always will be a pain in the ass lol
Spot on, letting go after 14yrs of running and chasing... i stepped off the board game altogether... im numb. I know ill be ok but i feel power to move on in this angry and disappointment. My optimism is on time out and im enjoying that .
i hate irl airport security, idk How this is so relaxing. also if the airport security licked my luggage i think i would get in trouble for throwing hands
