hi, from which car do you installed a plunger pair and a cam washer in the injection pump? Do you need any pump modifications to install the 12mm plunger? What are the nozzle sprayers installed? I would very much like to know, since there is no information in the CIS on the Internet. Thank you in advance.
Hello! Not my car, but I know that he did send the pump to a shop called Dieselmeken here in Sweden. And They built the pump for him! Talk to Jonas Ivansson, search for him here on youtube!
Bother ! I placed the 28 Garett turbo and now I’ve a huge turbo lag. Whom can I talk to and maybe who can help me with this ? Electro diesel pump 997 BOSCH VE
for me, it was water ingress from a rust hole in my wheelwell. it splashed onto the connectors. I unplugged everything and welded new metal in, gave the contacts some contact cleaner and now it works.
Higher pressure turbo, better intake, better cooling system, chip tuning, new exhaust/manifold/headers, reduce the weight as well, put some better injectors
@@haslotakieo Hey, Dan! Yeah, warmed engine and working coolant is a good start I guess! :) He was talking about buying a mls gasket, but he had to order it from Thailand I think. So he bougth a regular one, and some ARP headstuds. He did renovate the engine too, before throwing all that boost at it, But like I said earlier, he changes headgasket once in a while, so it does break down. It has not been to a dyno but estimated power is 220 at the crank!

I dont remember the exact boost level..But I think a bit over 1,5 bar when we recorded. I remember when he hit 2 bars once, but then he blew his headgasket.

We will never know what top speed it had. he blew the engine. But he found a new one so he will change it before the summer.
