Definitely interested in a deeper dive in audio setup. Maybe even a further breakdown on setting up specific mics for USB and XLR. Very interested in a specific Shure MV7 video for both USB and XLR.

Great advice! There is a lot of extra cognitive load trying to understand people with poor audio quality. Companies should expense quality headsets/microphones for folks as it is totally beneficial. Thank you for putting this out there!
Thanks, Tyler! I agree, although I've never heard a headset with a built in mic that sounded good. I tried not to dive into equipment in this one, but perhaps I'll drop a video recommending some basic setups that sound good.
I think compressor in your processing makes sound worse. Because it amplifies breath sounds drastically.
Maybe there is a sense to add something like noise fate before compressor?
Yes, I pushed the signal into the compressor too hard, but if used properly it can be an effective tool.
What’s the mic and audio interface you used for this ?
I used an AEA KU4 with a Focusrite Clarett. The mic was also running through the AEA TRP2 Preamp and Distressor Compressor.
