@@abenas40 There is no BOV in rally, because of ALS. BOV opens when the intake manifold is in vacuum. The car wouldn't build boost if there was a BOV cause it would open when you let of the throttle.
What you hear is the air hitting the turbo blades, a.k.a. turbo flutter.
