I've lost count of how many times I've seen you making this comment. You know what's the most important thing that different size/sound/bodykit brings to us? Crappy competition between drivers - at least in the Group B times, where some drivers couldn't do much with their inferior cars against the drivers with the best cars who were just cruising around thru the stages easily. WRC is far more strictly regulated, thus the cars are very similar to each other, thus things are much fairer for the drivers - and better for the fans.

Yea because rally is basically just a qualy in most of other motorsport. Never had any clash between rivals or teammate that causing tension. But new generation of f1 seems like slowly forgetting the tension on track and converting to random shit off track😂
Why high revs at the beginning? They usually switch off the alternator during stages to have more power in the engine and they recharge on these exact moments. When they have after stage interviews you can hear cars idling really high. Thats for alternator.
the engines are made for high revs. they need keep revs higher than a regular road car, in order to keep the oil pressurres high enough, for example to keep the turbo well enough lubricated. higher revs are also required to keep coolant flowing well enough. not that they would get damaged if they drove them at 'normal' revs, but the guys don't wanna take any chances.

Are they all have changed reg. numbers and why? Tänak car number was and still are "SP1010" but this video he has "IS-1747"
That's interesting. All toyota team cars have estonian license plates and are registered in estonia but there for some reason plates are changed.
And Citroën : IV-4019
Those are Finnish temporary plates.
