I recommend VIXX TV on their own channel! The videos are rather short and always subbed. It might feel weird starting from the beginning of season 1 with some ~4 year old videos but I actually enjoyed watching them 'grow' in this 'time-lapsy' way (I was bingewatching it... ^^o) It also helps to discover their older songs and side projects and now I feel like I've known them from the beginning, though it's only been a few months ^^

My ult boygroups are Got7 and EXO but I have to say, I think Vixx might just be one of the best boy groups ever. Being good doesn't mean breaking lots of records and getting lots of wins. It means having good, humble members, having talents, caring about music and most importantly, having good songs. I wouldn't call myself a Starlight although I might become one, but from everything I've seen, the side tracks (even Japanese side tracks) that I've heard, I think Vixx deserve every single praise and award. If they were from a bigger company they could be one of the biggest groups, yet they have the talent and songs like they're from a big company. The fact that Ravi and Leo write so many songs, and I really like Ravi's songs a lot, make me kinda proud and happy for them? The fact that even with this independence they never fail to have consistently good music and skill, ahhhhh I just want them to do well.

For people with trained ear and has proper music technicalities knowledge, VIXX is the group that legitimately gained their appreciation, became favorite and keeping eyes on. Just look at the trusted reviewer at various sites, they gave positive and high rating to VIXX music. Especially on the last two albums, Zelos and Hades. Dynamite that some fans 'hate' is such a high quality production. How I wish VIXX would gain more attention internationally, their music and concept is something that could enrich one's soul. Moreover, each of these six individual is a well-mannered sweet unproblematic kid. The definition of 'nice guy'.
I don't really have a bias in VIXX. They are all wreckers, theres no point in having one. But I do want to say that Ken I think is the real MVP with his comeback. Those notes, they gave me goosebumps. I think he did so well here.

After VIXX said the story links to Dynamite, I started reading some theories online, but because they decided to do Greek gods and history, there are hundreds of possibilities. Now, I have decided to give up until this trilogy is complete and one theory makes sense, because all these Greek names have turned my head to mush.
I have been cracking my head over it since this MV was released. And every time I convince myself this one particular theory is right and someone just pops the bubble. So, I've decided to do the same thing as you.

I haven't really taken much regarding the videos and greek gods into account, but regarding the songs and their lyrics, they fit quite well into a story I happened to be writing (basically just a bunch of Vixx MVs smashed together.) For Dynamite, the song mostly seems to be the result of a relationship gone awry- and considering things such as Hyde, this is definitely possible- wherein the character representative of Vixx became twisted. With Dynamite, it seems like Vixx is celebrating for one last night before doing something to unwind time or clear the mind of the other person in the relationship. Furthermore, Fantasy says something early on along the lines of "I made a wish, but it failed," suggesting that whatever effort that was made with Dynamite did not succeed, and the entire scenario is now apocalyptic. I'm not sure where Kratos will fit in, and I don't even know if my theory is correct, but that's kind of what it seemed like to me. Anyways, sorry to bother you... *slinks away*

The beginning is a very awkward place to start with Vixx they tried the whole pop boyband young fresh image but didn't really work! Then they moved on the dark images and songs and slayed! so "on&on" "voodoo doll" "Hyde" these songs go off!, then they moved back to cutesy with "gr8u" "girls why" and "love equation" but then moved back to dark concepts with "error" "eternity" "chained up"
all these songs have amazing vocals from all members and Ravi slays the rap everytime (apart from some cute engrish every now and then)

My ult boygroups are Got7 and EXO but I have to say, I think Vixx might just be one of the best boy groups ever. Being good doesn't mean breaking lots of records and getting lots of wins. It means having good, humble members, having talents, caring about music and most importantly, having good songs. I wouldn't call myself a Starlight although I might become one, but from everything I've seen, the side tracks (even Japanese side tracks) that I've heard, I think Vixx deserve every single praise and award. If they were from a bigger company they could be one of the biggest groups, yet they have the talent and songs like they're from a big company. The fact that Ravi and Leo write so many songs, and I really like Ravi's songs a lot, make me kinda proud and happy for them? The fact that even with this independence they never fail to have consistently good music and skill, ahhhhh I just want them to do well.

For people with trained ear and has proper music technicalities knowledge, VIXX is the group that legitimately gained their appreciation, became favorite and keeping eyes on.
Just look at the trusted reviewer at various sites, they gave positive and high rating to VIXX music. Especially on the last two albums, Zelos and Hades. Dynamite that some fans 'hate' is such a high quality production.
How I wish VIXX would gain more attention internationally, their music and concept is something that could enrich one's soul.
Moreover, each of these six individual is a well-mannered sweet unproblematic kid. The definition of 'nice guy'.

After VIXX said the story links to Dynamite, I started reading some theories online, but because they decided to do Greek gods and history, there are hundreds of possibilities. Now, I have decided to give up until this trilogy is complete and one theory makes sense, because all these Greek names have turned my head to mush.
I have been cracking my head over it since this MV was released. And every time I convince myself this one particular theory is right and someone just pops the bubble. So, I've decided to do the same thing as you.

I haven't really taken much regarding the videos and greek gods into account, but regarding the songs and their lyrics, they fit quite well into a story I happened to be writing (basically just a bunch of Vixx MVs smashed together.) For Dynamite, the song mostly seems to be the result of a relationship gone awry- and considering things such as Hyde, this is definitely possible- wherein the character representative of Vixx became twisted. With Dynamite, it seems like Vixx is celebrating for one last night before doing something to unwind time or clear the mind of the other person in the relationship. Furthermore, Fantasy says something early on along the lines of "I made a wish, but it failed," suggesting that whatever effort that was made with Dynamite did not succeed, and the entire scenario is now apocalyptic. I'm not sure where Kratos will fit in, and I don't even know if my theory is correct, but that's kind of what it seemed like to me. Anyways, sorry to bother you... *slinks away*
