At the end of Gou we’re going to see Rika become Bernkastel and Satoko become LambdaDelta to carry out a single mission: Wreck every tea party in the multiverse. Their current kill count from this mission is in the 10s of trillions.

@@InquisitorThomas No, they don't 'become' either Bernkastel or Lambdadelta. Bernkastel gets born out of Rika, with both still remaining separate existences with separate consciousnesses, while Lambda only used Satoko as just another piece, since her previous piece on the Higurashi gameboard, Takano, had failed in her plans and brought about a loss for Lambda. Lambda herself is said to be a far older witch than Bern, and she certainly isn't born of Satoko or Takano in the same way Bern is born of Rika.

the next When They Cry truly better have both Lambdadelta and Bernkastel those two were my favorite characters. But tbh i loved all the characters in Umineko they were all really well written in my honest opinion

I just realised why Bern hates sweet things. Lambdadelta is basically made of candy so she probably gets a sugar overdose already 🤭
If that's not the reason, she loves Lambda despite hating sweet things. That says a LOT about how deep her feelings run for Lambda.
This makes me sad everytime because it tells me that Umineko no naku koro ni's story is done

Lambda should've known better than to mess with Featherine...but in the context of the story, she had a good reason.

Have you noticed that in Higurashi/Umineko, excluding Rika/Bernkastel, the blue-haired female has a crank on something? Chie with curry, and Erika with chopsticks? I don't think that's a coincidence...

@@rjmax3311 Genderwise Yasu's female/nonbinary (since most of Yasu's personas are female but Kanon is male).
Biologically however I think the manga confirmed that Yasu was male. It also makes sense because I don't think they'd be able to verify the damage to Yasu's reproductive organs like they did without proper equipment (and they are in an island that's in the middle of nowhere in the 1900s).
@@rjmax3311 Biologically Sayo is male as alluded to by Lion and the male pronouns used for him. However Sayo was raised as a girl so she identifies as a girl until she finds out about his origins and creates Kanon to deal with it as a persona.
Beatrice in the Meta Verse is a women but in context with the real world tragedy of Rokkenjima Sayo could identify as either sex.

That probably means then that you chose "Trick" instead of "Magic". If you go with the Trick Ending, you won't get access to the Tea Parties, because those are basically an extension of the Magic Ending.

Featherine changed her script so that Lamdadelta was only defeated, not killed. She did it out of respect for Ange, but it's hinted that she also did it for Bernkastel.
