For question # 39 I would go with B for the correct answer because A gives her 1% interest while B gives 1.5% she earns more

Saver plus gives more interest yes but if you look over in the column that says maximum it says 10,000 and in the question the person has 12,000 which is more than the amount maximum required for saver plus so the answer would be saving 123.
