8 years ago i wouldve disagreed with you but nowadays theyre the only metalcore band that stayed metalcore and stayed consistently good, shaped by fire is fucking amazing and pretty much equal to powerless rise, trivium took a HUGE step in the right direction with "what the dead men say" but killswitch kinda just lost the sound that i was looking for, dont get me wrong theyre still a good band and still make good music, but theyre nowhere near where they used to be (aojb, the end of heartache, daylight dies, hell even the 2009 self titled was good)

@Cmase9401 I wouldn't necessarily call Lamb of God metalcore at least not Lamb of God before Sacrament. Lamb of God is more New Wave american heavy metal, if you look at their lyrics they most certainly don't resemble that of metalcore bands and deliver a completely different message.
