I wish they could stop with these crazy reports that is not happen here in Atlanta. I miss class today because of the schools closing due to the non snow report. I feel like Atlanta news feels left out of other cities' excitement of snow, so they make their own to feel important. Now, the Gov. KEMP put a State Emergency out, FOR WHAT!!!!!!!! SMH. I understand if we are getting a blizzard or ice, but come on, we got nothing...
@@Time-Traveller-2025 Snow is not once every five to ten years. We had a few dry years recently. Back in the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s, snow was practically an every year thing. This leads me to believe that you are either not from the area long-term, or you are simply young.
@ no it wasn’t. It was just as rare in the 70s, 80s, 90s,00s,10sand even now in the 20s. Snowed once in the northern part of Georgia this year… once in the southern. Many years…nothing. There was only 2 or 3 good snows in the 70s just as random as these.
@Time-Traveller-2025 I grew up here and it was a yearly thing. Mableton where I grew up. One year we got a sleet storm I stead of snow but pretty much every year there was some snow accumulation.
