台灣是海島國家，週遭海風很大，彈簧刀不適合台海戰爭，中國與台灣最近距離是126公里，也就是無人機起碼要距離是126公里，彈簧刀無人機作戰範圍： 10 km（6.2 mi）只能保護台灣領海範圍，適合金馬地區，不知道無人機能抗多少抗風能力？無人機4級風不建議飛了，那台灣只能派戰機上去。
台灣政府應該成立獨立的國家級“AI先進晶片設計研究院”，類似“中科院”等級的獨立研發機構（獨立法人），專注在“國家級”“先進晶片設計及研發”，尤其應用在無人機、AI國防軍事科技及智慧醫療體系上。。在商業模式上也可以將低階或降規的晶片轉商用或客製化晶片，透過技轉或授權銷售的方式帶動民間產業的蓬勃發展，投資這個會比買一大堆低階版武器當庫存還有用…
