I associate the song December with good memories of my family. My grandpa died a few years ago four days before Christmas. The beginning of December was a time filled of hope and love and good days. I long for that time. He visits in dreams occasionally. This song soothes my soul.

When i was in the turret in a firefight in Iraq, I had this playing in my ear. got that tap on the right leg, seen the tracers going and sent them down range too..all while come away with me was playing. I dont think my heart skipped a beat. Her music kept me from losing it on more than one occasion. Its like the soft blowing of hot food that tastes just right when youre starving for something that you dont even know you need. Hope that makes sense. Hello Norah.
