@@SimpleWorld08 Ugly duckling stage in hair transplant means, after a month of your procedures, your transplanted hair will fall off even after 3 weeks of surgery then you'll go bald again as if you didn't have a hair transplant, and you have to wait 4-6 months for your transplanted hair to grow. In short, it's the waiting process that you gonna have to deal with while waiting for your hair transplant to grow out of your scalp.

I did my surgery in Turkey about a month in a half ago. Yes shedding phase sucks! But about close to 2 months you start to see a bit of growth. The great thing about traveling to Turkey is the long hours of flight and the long hours of surgery that will allow you to eventually sleep on your back frown exhaustion lol. you can have up to 3-4 hair follicles per graft - so when they do the transplant they put grafts with single follicles in it right at the front and working back they use grafts with more follicles this gives the hair a more natural look also explains the "line" you see at the front now.
If you had grafts with higher hair follicles in it at the front it would look fake and like a wig lol.

As a guy from Turkey, all you need is like $5K. There are so many center in Turkey for this procedure. Actually Brett went to one of the best ones. So it may have cost him little higher than 5K. Another thing is the centers are very popular nowadays. You contact them via whatsapp etc and they schedule you for the procedure and once you land on Istanbul, they pick you up, drop you to a hotel that is very close to the center and you have the procedure next day then go back hotel and the next day they check your hair whether everything is okay or not then give you a lit to take care of your hair for after procedure and lastly you go to airport and fly back to the us . That’s it . It takes like 4 days sth. If you need center names or something just lmk. Ps. I don’t work for them 😄

Not hopping on fin after a ht is a really really bad idea. Since you did a ht you're commited to this journey and there's no going back now. Even with the remaining 6000-8000 grafts you have left, it probably wont be enough if it keeps thinning/receding further back. Something which you couldve prevented with fin.

I know people who’ve basically gone entirely bald in a matter of months, which doesn’t exactly give you much time to accept it. If I had one question, it would be: at what point do you get the transplants? How much hair loss do you wait to take place before you undergo surgery? It seems like, if you get it done when you only have a bit of receding at the front, you’ll likely have to have *at least* one more surgery later down the line.
