The female Indian elephant is way too small. Female Africans are okay, but the biggest cow Indian elephants in Planet Zoo, according to their 100% size within their statuses, stand 2.26 meters tall, and yet that’s still short for a female. Imagine if we get African forest elephants and the females are even smaller; African forest elephants are the smallest and the rarest of the three elephant species.
They did a good job creating the animal models. These creatures almost look real. Some of the vocalizations sound realistic, too. That said, sometimes the animals’ movements look a bit off.
I understand why they did not animate the males mounting the females at the end of the mating ritual (to keep the rating down), but it kind of feels incomplete without it.

That savanna elephant was a juvenile. it's not ready to mate, yet it has a lot of growing to do still. It has to be a fully grown-up adult elephant in order to mate with another of its own kind.

It kind of irritates me how all of the bear animations are the same. I mean I'm sure there are some differences in mating rituals of the different kinds. There are many times the same animation is used for the same "type" of animal and its just ??

I agree. If they’re going for a realistic game they gotta add the correct mating.
This happened in the Zoo Tycoon series, but in the Wildlife Park franchise, the males actually do mount the females.
