@@ManviSuhana yes you have to fill it by yourself in the campus on first day of orientation, your permanent roll no. or student id is your programme (b.des that is BD and BF tech that is BFT) BD or BFT/your year of joining (24) / CMR (common merit rank) eg BD/24/250
