What are parents detail form and student detail form you have mentioned in the description?
There was no such forms which were used in counselling rounds....
Ur campus official website would have linked a list of documents to be brought at the orientation day , u can check there

And also , what is our parmanent roll number?

@@ManviSuhana yes you have to fill it by yourself in the campus on first day of orientation, your permanent roll no. or student id is your programme (b.des that is BD and BF tech that is BFT) BD or BFT/your year of joining (24) / CMR (common merit rank) eg BD/24/250
