This seems like a "no." Not only for the speed element, and the memory element, but the wild amount of layers that are going to bd impossible for younger players to memorize and card count. A rare whiff from Gamewright. This would get played twice at 4 in my house, then shelved forever. I'd rather play sushi go or winner winner chicken dinner, which have less luck and more theme at the same playtime.
Most of the card layers can be removed for a much simpler game. The only "needed" cards are the chicken, the fox, and the egg. In fact, you could remove the foxes too for a simpler game. One of the things that we actually enjoyed the most about Chicken Chicken was the fact that it *was* so flexible and still played well enough as you added and removed a bunch of various cards. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@FamilyGamersAA I do appreciate it's scalability. There is certainly something to be said for a game that can "grow" as the family grows. Can't argue the cute art, either. There's just so much on the market right now for this clientele and weightclass. I appreciate your vid.
This has been a blast with our family.
