Janmashtami is a significant Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Lord Krishna, who is considered the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. In Shiv Ashish School , Janmashtami was celebrated with great enthusiasm to educate students about the life journey of Lord Krishna and the values he represents.
Students and teachers came dressed in traditional Indian attire to feel the festivity.Students performed skits depicting key episodes from Lord Krishna's life, such as his miraculous birth in Mathura, his childhood antics, and his divine wisdom.One of the most awaited events was the "Matki Phod" where students form human pyramids to break a hanging pot filled with butter, mimicking Krishna's childhood pranks.

"Janmashtami is not just a day to revel in joy and festivities, but also a time to reflect on the teachings and ideals of Lord Krishna. His life journey is a testament to the values of love, compassion, wisdom, and righteousness"
