The fold pattern is already marked on the paper. I should have started recording from the marking process of the pattern lines. But the video starts in the folding process. If you wish you could see this video that is more complete in the process ua-cam.com/video/FKHNfckJxDY/v-deo.html I recommend that you take a screen shot of the fold pattern ua-cam.com/video/ItYVP8OTtyM/v-deo.htmlm42s print and practice based on this to create the structure. The process of marking the lines I do with a pen without ink, the goal is to create a line that facilitates the fold.
The format for videos that are tutorials in the channel is showing the sequence of elaboration and display preview of the patterns with his measures in the video. I believe the tutorial gives the information needed to create the model. Anyway I apologize if it does not meet your expectations but it is best that I can do at the moment with the resources I have.
It looks like a life to me. Somewhere your paper took form and then lost it very next moment then they again took form and from nowhere they became flat and I was feeling so hopeless everytime you folded the paper painstakingly and then defolded it and repeated it so many times....but ultimately from nowhere you brought it back to life :) Its so beautiful. Jia Qi Camellia Chee the length of the inclined portions is 14.78 cm includes 12 sections of double folds In total this model occupies 44 double sections
Jia Qi Camellia Chee for now I can only provide this format. I apologize for the inconvenience. but the information provided helps to work on the realization of the model. analyzes in detail the preview the pattern of fold.
This is awesome! I just completed making this model. I noticed that as the tube expands, it starts to twist more. Is there a way to control the twist angle? Like for a specific tube height, how should my pattern look like so that I get an exact 90degree twist. Is it dependent on the angle of the line at which we cut the pattern?
When I elaborate this type of structures I base myself on the following: The angle of the cut line serves to create the helix geometry effect, the variation in this cut line would only affect the number of turns, or to put it another way the effect of turns. Other cylinder elements are not as controllable using this method. If I want the helix in the cylinder to have a specific turning angle, I have to reduce or increase the number of folds in the accordion, that is, vary the height of the cylinder by increasing or reducing the folds. To create this effect by controlling the angle of rotation in the fold pattern I recommend using another fold style, you can check other video titles on the channel some have crafting sequences and others just present the structure. As an example of a structure created by calculating the angles of rotation, you can see this model Paper Spiral Torus Three Sided / Origami Helix Twisted ua-cam.com/video/tG5D_bY5UWQ/v-deo.html
+Dina Magdy you mean a minute in the video ?. I give this video reference as an example of a complete sequence of fold. ua-cam.com/video/FKHNfckJxDY/v-deo.html

shy123 the measures and dimensions that I present are for the model presented in the video and the paper size can be larger to shape the pattern and then cut. the measures of crease pattern, and size of paper used can be modified according to the needs. the only requirement is to maintain the scale presented in preview the pattern. I recommend practicing the shape of the model with a small section of the pattern without diagonal cuts.

Fabulosa Pero Muy Complicado Seria Mejor Pazo A Pazo o Con Audio Pazo A Pazo Sería Genial
Es muy complicado pero el concepto se entiende ademas para hacer esto tienes que tener algo de experiencia con el origami porque sino se te hace imposible :P
can you please share the dimensions of the paper as well as the lengths for folding?
i would like to do this for my moms bday..
for this model I have only this information available. ua-cam.com/video/ItYVP8OTtyM/v-deo.htmlm37s
It is a preview of the fold pattern with the dimensions of the paper.
How much is the length of the paper in cms......THIS IS AMAZING
These data are in the video, but these are 54.21 cm x 20.30 cm
I could help you out with the subtitles or the technical difficulties your coming across. Will that help? We could try something small to start out with.
+Anindita Chaudhary thanks I'll have this. but I will first perform tests and analyze the results. my official language is Spanish, so possibly try with subtitles in English.
Please do try and don't fret about asking for help. Your lucky that you know your first language. I am Bengoli. My second language would be Hindi but I can write, speak and understand English the most. So as a kid I translated Bengoli to English then Hindi-Gujarati- Marathi to English and after living in States, I translate everything from English to other languages. I have been working on Spanish too but its in nascent (baby) stage.
nossa😲 que papel é esse?
+Jaddy Nail 80 grams bond paper.

I do not know if you mean the pattern for this model or some other. but I will keep it present.
at the moment I have not enabled option to download patterns. any change I will inform in the new videos, or in the links of the channel.
for the moment you can guide yourself with the previews of the fold pattern at minute 25:40
Por Favor Me Explicas Como Haces Los Dobles Ariba & En EL Medio.! Porq No Se Como HAces. Yo Kiero Aser Esos Dobles.. & No Me Salen . Como A Vos.. & Veo Que Est Marcado El Papel Como Isiste PAra Marcarlo Asi.
👏👏👏😀😋😋😉😉
Nice
How are you fold 6:08??
Yes I apologize. At that time I published the video summarizing the process.
Currently I am trying to present more complete videos.
There is a process of tracing and marking the fold lines before starting to fold.
You can check this as an example.

Okay,
Thank you❤
Now imagine doing this with a camera mount sitting between you and your work area. 😵💫
thanks for comment. In the most recent videos I try to record with a top view, I always have to improve many aspects in the video sequence and the shot but I hope to return to this model and be able to record with a better view.
@@NeoSpicaPaperStructures Please, don’t misunderstand, this content is awesome: the camera angle is good and your display of intricate attention to detail is inspiring. I was speaking more at the future viewers who likely will also be astonished by your skill to also acknowledge the fact that you did all of this with the additional challenge or working around a camera; something many of us forget when captivated by a good video.
@@emailformosa reviewing the message, it is correct, I did not interpret it correctly, it may be because of the google translation that changes some details or I did not read the first translation correctly, since now the translation appears correct to me. I apologize and Thank you for answering and clarifying. I always take comments as advice to improve.
de que tamaño queda la escultura?. Nice work!
Esos datos generalmente no los anoto. pero revisando es aproximadamente 25 cm de alto y genera un cilindro por así decirlo de 6.5 cm de diámetro.
What is the heaviest weight paper i could use for this lamp fold?
+Claudine Dempsey I used 60, 80 and 120 grams maximum. but in 120 grams is more difficult to fold is not recommended.
+NeoSpicaTutorial Also I can't figure out what angle to have the diagonal cut line at? is there anyway you could help me with this?
+Claudine Dempsey I do not use angle measurements for this. checking my data the value is 36.06 degrees. I recommend check the preview of the fold pattern in the video.
ok thank you for your help :)
you use a cutter on your paper first ?
+flyingrakoon I create on paper to use the fold pattern.

+mhai anterola 80 grams bond paper.

ua-cam.com/video/ItYVP8OTtyM/v-deo.htmlm37s

it is not difficult just requires patience and analysis
OMG
I FEEL VERY3X sleepy,need a lot's of patience to those art...😧😧😧😧
Can I ask?how many time's to fold back the paper?
for this model I do not remember it. but doing a general calculation are around three or four hours, in the process of folding without resting. but the time increases when marking the crease pattern on the paper to facilitate folds.
