You should do a tier list of all the ratchet and clank games. Would be interesting to see which ones are your favorites, personally its always been Up your Arsenal and deadlocked for me
I probably will in a few months. I'll be doing a Ratchetthon if we hit 500 subs and I'll play every game in the series. Cuz there is still 3 I haven't played yet so to fairly rank them I'd have to play them. I will probably do one after that then.
I think you need to re-play Going Commando. The bosses for that game are ranked really strangely. The Protopet in particular has me very confused - that boss goes down in like 10 total bouncer shots. Putting something that short and forgettable above Drek? What?
I just played it a week before recording this. I think the protopet is fun and without the bouncer is a tank. The bouncer does make it a bit easier but so does the pyrociter for Drek. I think they both definitely deserve the same tier but could be interchangeable
@buninjagaming5604 I think that's somewhat of a poor comparison to make. Drek is really weak to the pyrocitor as a result of the PS3 update causing the weapon to deal damage on every frame. This naturally finishes the fight super quickly. The protopet on the other hand can be taken down in seconds with a variety of weapons. The bouncer is the example I gave, but the mini turret launcher, hoverbomb gun, and several others will always end the fight quickly.

i don't think nefarious is that good anymore, his two most frequent attacks in phase 1 can be easily dodged by either walking left or right (the clones) or just walking away (the laser guns), the 2nd phase is really good but i feel like it ends too soon
I know a lot of the weapons can do some real damage but 99% of players casually don't think about using weapons when there are turrets provided. It is the intended way to do it after all.
I actually never had any issues with the giant clank ufo fight. You just jump and shoot downwards while trying to stomp on top of it. Pretty easy

Tbh the Proto pet imo is the easist final boss all thanks to the bouncer
I do agree the bouncer kinda does make it easy. I try not to use the bouncer ever cuz it's broken but I should have accounted for it.

For the Snagglebeast you forgot to mention its move where he literally sucks out the ammo of all your guns and places it across the arena ^^

@@buninja5604 The Proto Pet also gets a huge HP boost on new game plus. That might have confused you a little.
You can skip the Quark boss fight makes it really easy
