Sooooooo painfully good. I never imagined how these performances would have been like, but now there's just enough glimpse to want more. I'm not sure whether to thank you or damn you like Marty Feldman's eyes in "Young Frankenstein"? Thanks for creating and teasing us all.
Jerry Lewis was an amazing talent and he also started off as a child. His performance of "Rock-A-bye Your Baby With A Dixie Melody". was fantastic and obviously Judy loved it by the way she reacted with Jerry Lewis as he sang the song!
Notice Jerry singing Rock-a-Bye your baby that is Judy Garland's Arrangement exactly. She was so grateful for his help that he used the arrangement to the end of his life on the Jerry Lewis Telethon.
I just love it! Everyday when I need my Judy fix I listen to her voice echo through my home or late at night with my headphones on viewing You Tube .. You my friend always make me feel like she is alive vibrant and brilliant as always.. Eternal!
What a treat to have seen the great Garland anywhere in her career! I was too young but have seen Liza live 3 times in the 70s when she was a megastar!
Jaycub you are so, so good. Thank you for your amazing work in literally bringing these clips to life. The closest many of us will ever come to seeing what it must have been like to experience her live. ❤
Another WOW moment! Thank you once again Jaycub! These video's are incredible, and once again you have an incredible eye for spotting what Judy was singing -- and once again the lip synch is just amazing. It's spot on! I simply have no idea how you do it? I have some of these clips on DVD somewhere from other Judy fans; and they don't seem to mean anything when silent; but you have totally brought them to life, these clips are now vibrant; exciting and meaningful and a joy to watch. Thank you so much for your hard work. :)
I think I can make out some of the major celebrities in the audience at (2.54-3.04). I might be stretching it a bit, but here goes: Pearl Bailey and her husband jazz drummer Louis Bellson, Debbie Reynolds, Mary Martin or it could be Peggy Lee, Cyd Charisse and her husband singer/actor Tony Martin.
this is awesome! thanks so much for putting it up for us! How come the footage is so fragmented? was it done on the sly by fans? or were the original tapes too damaged this is all that was left?
I honestly don't remember anymore. A lot of Judy video has been traded and passed from collectors since the inception of home video. It looks like you can license these clips from Getty images for use in a documentary. Remember, these are silent clips, I added the audio.

I'm sorry I meant to say she gave him the arrangement for free for her appreciation!
Charlie Childers for free... oh Judy! 🙃

Davidalp1 Thanks again. I'm so glad that people like you appreciate what I've done. :)
That was wonderful... Thank you!
Judy’s rubbing Jer’s head like a puppy 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Judy was filled with love & just wanted it back...in return.
Exactly she gave her all and that's all she wanted

At first I thought the audio at the end of the video of Rockabye Your Baby was done by Kate Smith !!
Jerry Lewis really belted it out !
great work never knew
Thank you for your work. Thank you so much.
"Guts he always had" and in spades!!!

Where did you find this footage? Interested in using in a documentary.
