I love Frum It Up! One of the things that impressed me was that the first thing she does in the morning is dedicate the time to God. Kind of like tithing time. He deserves the first time in your day.
I'm glad I got to see this side of you and I'm glad for what you and yours do to see that your family as whole can come together for worship with your congregation. Me however I haven't been to CHURCH for 35 years I was badly burned at my last church experience burned meaning shamed and members of the church acting different away from the church and yet condemning me for how I live ..since then I can't do church anymore I'm probably wrong for not going but that whole experience left a really bad bad taste in my mouth I hope you can understand. But I'm proud of you for what your doing for your family!!!💯💯
Hi Meghan! We are a Catholic family and I love the idea about just being “still”. I have been trying to do this more now that I am an empty nester. Since I have been on summer break, I try every morning to get up and read my daily devotional while I have coffee. When I return to teaching in the fall, I’m going to strive to continue this routine.🤞🏻I also try to make Saturday evening and all day Sunday just a restful, still time…no chores, just mass, family time and food. It was so hard to do this when my girls were growing up. I wish I would have tried harder back then, but being a full time working mom and trying to keep up with house chores, errands, shopping and girls activities made it hard to stay committed to the routine all of the time. Thanks for sharing another great video!
I am Seventh Day Adventist and we keep the Sabbath. Sabbath is a day of rest. From Friday night sundown until Saturday night sundown. I spend everyday with our Savior, but Sabbath is holy. It’s a special time with our Father God. Many Blessings Megan. I love your channel.
I've been convicted about the sabbath for awhile now. I'm so glad you chose this topic today. God gave this day for a reason. We need it. He rested on the sabbath. This was great Megan.
I’ve always wanted to have a very God centered and family centered sabbath! My husband prefers to do the bulk of the housework on weekends though so we’re gonna have to work on that 😅

Your church is Huge!
We are in very small town Indiana with a small church. We have lots of churches in our areas so everyone is kinda spread out among churches.. and of course there are those that don't go at all.
But I've always been apart of small churches. We went to a church about an 45min/ 1 hr away.
I really liked it for the kids program, but my 2 little girls didn't do well in the nursery & preschool area. They just wanted mama.
So it was easier to watch them online than travel that far with kids who didn't stay in class. Lol
Now my kids are a little bit older and we are just back at our small church that is close by our house

Thoroughly enjoyed this video, thank you! About a year ago my pastor preached about the sabbath and the importance of rest in God’s plan for us, so I tried to slowly be more still on Sundays. I stay away from most entertainment and social sites. Try to only do things and watch things that would glorify God. Annnd maybe a nap…cause who can resist? 😂 Being well rested, both body and soul sets you up for a good week ahead. Great video 💗

Enjoyed your video very much ! I’m going to a small church. I’m a Penecostal /Baptist. I grew up Penecostal but then we went to Baptist church now I’m back at the small Pentecostal church and I visit the Baptist church every now and then I love them both. What can I say? God Bless !
