⚠IMPORTANT⚠ UNPLUG ANY CONTROLLERS/GAMEPADS YOU HAVE PLUGGED, RESTART THE GAME, CHECK IF THEY ARE IN DEVICES, IF NOT TEST THE GAME AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO!
Got my G923 yesterday, got the same problem but now it’s fixed !!! Thank you, you’re life saver because I was giving up to play this game already
Never give up champ. Problems are problems, as always there is always an answer sometimes we just don't know it, until we figure it out!
Happy to know my videos helped you, remember if you use controller make sure to unplug it, so far from the feedback of others seems like even if they disable FFB on anything, if controller is still plugged in, then it messed the FFB on the wheel, so removing the gamepad/controller temporarily will solve it.
CarX ain't great in terms of design on some stuff, but we gotta do what we gotta do to make it work.
I hope you will enjoy the rest of the content either my Assetto Guides or Driving.
Good stuff coming.
Happy holidays brother!
@@projectxmotorsport Yes!! Your video really help me out!! Now I can enjoy drifting with my 400$ wheel 🤣 Happy holidays to you too.
your setting screen looks different than mine, I'm assuming there has been an update or two bc you can no longer turn off FFB for any other devices. meanwhile im still spinning out of control while going 20mpg straight lol
1:55 wow thank you for fixing my force feesbag. I love you so much for this
Happy to help buddy!
@@projectxmotorsport so I was actually kidding because you said feesbag and I don't have my wheel yet. But the wheel I bought seems to have this problem a lot cause 3 or 4 people in carx global chat said no ffb on this specific wheel. Its the thrustmaster t150 rs Pro and I just watched this cause I don't want that problem to happen so you still helped out if it's not working. So really thank you
@@GLaDOSthelegend Make sure you have any controller unplugged from PC or other similar devices they will fuck up the FFB of the wheel itself.
Make sure wheel software is updated.
@@projectxmotorsport but I wanted to use my controller as shifter. Doesn't that plan work? Would be kinda bad.
@@GLaDOSthelegend in CarX don't it's just gonna mess up the FFB of the wheel.
CarX is shit in this regard
Dont have the option for ffb (the green dots) I have G29
Hey brother sorry for late reply, unfortunately I haven't dig in CarX in a looong time and don't know what they have done, as usualy my advice is (devices can interfere with each other, do not use usb hubs, game options can help with something and finally maybe G-Hub itself which can lead to worst windows being the problem)
tried everything, ffb its just not working, idk... probalby gonna just uninstal carx
never give up bro, I can tell you windows updates are sooo bad, last month my wheel and shifter were not detected after windows update, also it could be applications.
@@projectxmotorsport nah i gave up fr, I am asseto player and tried car x today, never again
yea my passion is assetto and it's why I stay there.@@misieq811

HOLY FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF for two years i thought my wheel/game is bugged and this fucking trick made it..
FUCKING THANK YOU MAN!
haha glad to help bro, I swear it's always some small bullshit option or either device that block each other. So many times it's also softwares or windows updates, it's nightmare haha.
hello, I have an issue, 1:00 I cannot activate force ffedback on my g29, and cannot disable it on other things, i don't have the ffb showing on the device line too, please can somebody help me ?
What I did was reload the game and that made my g923 work but also when you load into a track make sure you start driving and then test if you have force feed back
@@Blitzdash1thank you it fixed for me
I have force feedback but when I let go of the wheel it turns itself right back to the straight position I can’t let it go to drift
hmm I think you have to check the centering spring strength of the software and also the in-game settings
i have ffb to start but when i drift it goes straight to middle no countersteer at all any fixes?
yea thats exactly absolutely what happens to me, if you look at my wheel cam 1/1 same shit happened to me for half an year, then I decided to figure out a solution. My advice is try disabling all the FFB on everything except the wheel, as I did in the video. IF this doesn't work, keep em still disabled, BUT also disconnect anything like controllers or whatever crap you might use as extra. And I mean really try unplugging anything except the (wheel pedals, handbrake, shifter), so unplug the following things like (keyboard, mouse, controllers) usually MOST of the people used controllers and they let it connected while playing on the wheel, so when they disconnected the controller/s that problem got fixed. And the logic for that is, as you can see CarX is not very friendly I think the way it's made as we can see is that, everything counts as controller and that way there is just interference between all the devices connected to the game, so the FFB from every device fucks up the rest and yea. Sorry for the long Essay, and I hope this clears some questions in your mind and helps. Feel free to hop on my discord for help or fun (link in description)🙂, I am currently doing driving requests from people. ❤
@@projectxmotorsport yeah i watched a different video and i figured out that if i uninstall all of my ghub everywhere and then get a older version it worked great thank u for your help tho👍
@@elipse528 Yea brother, it's all down to big troubleshooting I know it's a headache I literally spent 1 hour of screenshare with 1 guy to fix his no FFB CarX ended up big Ghub. I start to think, it's not only CarX having dogshit optimization, but also other programs make life shittier with that crappy non optimized updates. I love Ghub, but sometimes it gives me cancer.
Anyways I am happy, if any of the advice or info helped you out.
Dude!!! Thank you. I have been ready to stop playing. I went from killing it on drifts to WTF!!!
Happy to help mate, you can now enjoy the game again 🙂
Thank you brooooo!!!! 3 months hating the game and now i can play!!!!
Finally We CAN play!! Happy to help G
@@projectxmotorsporthey i really need some help ik this is old and ur famous and stuff but i just spent 343 for a wheel and shifter and its delayed to the ingame and smooth spins till i get into car x then i cant turn right or left till im at 600-700 degrees 🤷♂️ ps5 if u have the time id really appreciate it
@@VOiDz_Am Hey dylan, unfortunately due to the massive help requests, I no longer can offer personal help, I even removed my paid help service.
It's literally just about time mate, nothing to do with how big the channel gets.
I am single person currently doing the 2 yt channels + rest socials, discord server, assetto servers, helping my guy with modding the car packs, I am everywhere.
Regarding the problem, it can be caused by bad usb hub, a wheel also should never be plugged anywhere, except the PC or Console, no hubs n shit.
Next is other devices cause massive problems and delays in other games aka controllers and so on. There seems to be some FFB interferance between devices sometimes.
@@VOiDz_Am feel free to check other comments here for similar problems, there were a lot of people who troubleshooted the problems especially for CarX, for CarX the biggest nightmare are controllers or any sort of joysticks they fuck up the FFB and people try to use them as handbrakes, which sadly for CarX doesn't work due to the problem, for whoever works with no issues is lucky asf.
@@projectxmotorsport thank you alot for your help idk my issue isnt unique but i havent seen it i changed my ffb all the way i dont have a pc so i cant customize the software and the wheel isnt synced 1:1 when turning in game compared to the irl wheel
can u please link the thing you mount the shifters and handbrake on? i need one
Hey mate, yea ofc I got it from Amazon.de but here is a link for the UK one.

@@projectxmotorsport Ty, bro
When I’m in car c I don’t have the option to disable force feedback or enable it
Hey brother there should be new options, I haven't been in CarX in a while.
Is there any solutions for this ??, I'm in the same shit
So far have tried everything. As soon as i hookup my ebrake force feed back isnt working. Ive tried disabling and everything about to just grind asseto
Hey brother, do you have any gamepad or controller plugged in by any chance?
also did you disable the FFB for all stuff I mean ALL like handbrake, pedals, shifter, mouse, keyboard all must be disabled FFB. Only your wheel must be with FFB on.
Try that and if nothing works, you are welcome on my discord server, you can always find me there and I will help you out mate.
Also happy new year!
3 things show up. Keyboard, wheel and gamepad.
Gamepad is my ebrake, ive disabled force feedback for everything other then my wheel its self.
As soon as i unplug my ebrake is brings back FFB. Which is unfortunate.
The whole menu looks different, had the same problem it was so frustrating. No Idea what it fixed it. But you helped
i dont have this option on my game theres no button to disable force feedback or anything i dont know what to do someone help me
hey brother sorry for late reply and happy new year, unfortunately I haven't touched CarX in a looong time and can't help currently, will dig a bit more about it later.
mine still doesnt work lmfao, it used to but i dont know anymore
there can be tons of reasons, software aka logitech hub or any other software.
Most common issue is people plugging controllers or any other joystic, sometimes even headphones or other devices interfere don't blame me CarX is shit :D nothing we can do, try removing devices like controllers etc and run the game.
@@projectxmotorsport nah nothin else is plugged in, wdym the software though,
@@Adoki_ it's soo many reasons I can't describe in chat man literally.
Apparently new updated fucked it up
I have a g29 steering wheel and i unplugged it and replugged it, and i even tried to disable ffb and re enable it and it doesent work pls help
sup buddy, I've in the middle of editing and finishing a video I'm almost falling asleep in front of the PC, but feel free to join my discord, I will be helping a lot of people tomorrow and we can try to get your G29 working, as I managed to fix a couple of G29's already for CarX, I had one myself. Thank you for stopping by and will be happy to help!
Could you help me with my G920, nothing happenes on carx or any game i play, is there something i need to download for it to start working?
Hey brother, watch my latest guide for Logitech FFB fix, I am sure that will help. Feel free to hop on our discord 🙂
My tsxw vibrates and spazzes out? Have you ever had this issue? It's unplayable for me. The tsxw works perfectly on everything else. Any suggestions?
Well this was exactly what I had here in the video. Have you tried the methods? Once in game disconnect keyboard, controllers etc. CarX does something very stupid, because every device's FFB intereferes with wheel FFB thats why turning them off fixed it. However I do still have weird vibrations from time to time, but I advise you to play with the sensitivity or general ffb of ts-xw.
@@projectxmotorsport teah tried the methods and it still does it. Could it be that I'm using a logitech flight stick for a handbrake? I feel like maybe that's the issue
@@sliding_kiwi_843 Hey fella, I literally just fixed an non FFB working G920 wheel for some fella as well. So my advice is come to my discord link in description and tomorrow I can take a look via share screen and fix it. There hasn't been something we didn't troubleshoot so far.
@@projectxmotorsport bro thank you!!!
bye error i disabled the force feedback on my steering wheel and it won't come back even if i click on the butoon able/disable it juste put the red dot or no dot at all
i don't know how to fix it . if you have the solution answer me pls but if you don't i may unistall and install back the game for now my progression is at 0 so i can do it
thaks for reading
nevermind it came back by itself but now my throttle mapping is fuck up
@@thibaultgauthier9476 nah buddy no need to uninstall. Now remember 1 thing, after fixing so many g920/g29/g923s whatever and CarX ffb craps, I've seen one major thing and that is, EVEN if your gamepad, controller has disabled FFB, as long as it is connected as device in the PC and to the game it will fuck up the FFB. So make sure your controller is completely unplugged from PC, then restart CarX and check, if its gone from devices thats important. Next if you use Logitech Wheel make sure your G-Hub is latest update. You can always find me on discord server link in description :)
Happy new year!
Mine is only using the centering spring (i have a thrustmaster tx)
remove any controllers from the PC unplug them. Controllers directly interfere with the FFB of the wheel.
I’ve got the same problem, no controllers connected, just keyboard and wheel and only the cantering spring works
@@czcz2686 do you have other wheel peripherals not made for your wheel…i use a g920 for the shifter and i think that might be why the game shows multiple controllers but doesnt have the ability to use them all at once…thats my hypothesis
@@czcz2686 You can try my logitech forcefeedback video.
Will this work for the fanatec gt dd pro?
It's worth a try, you never know. Some wheels are just not supported for the game also.
I do not have the disable ffb options
Did your game detect the devices?
the same thing is happening to me but my whee and peddles are working but no FFB showing up please help fix it for me please
@@projectxmotorsport
It only says "Keyboard/Mouse" Idk what to do
Hey brother, not sure how to help, as much has changed regarding the game sadly and I haven't used it in like an year.
@@projectxmotorsport All good It's alright
yoyo I got a Problem, the game wont even show me the posibillity to turn ffb on...
I see, will check but I believe after changes a lot of stuff have changes
Dose that mean i cant use a controller DIY handbreak?
Unfortunately yes, it will screw up your wheel, sorry to say it, but blame the game. That's how they made it and any controller type device interferes directly with the FFB of the wheel.
on device i cant see g29? can someone hlep me?
I haven't been in the game for 1 year and a lot has changed sadly, I'd strongly advise you to google up for some help or suggestions
I play in ps4 and j have a check for my ffb does that mean it’s on??
not sure what do you mean
Anyone know why my g23 not working
Yea brother I know 😄, I will be helping one fella tomorrow.
Hop in my discord tomorrow I will help you fix it. Link in description.
None of the videos I watch work shit is so defeating. You pay almost 3k for your setup and your wheel feels like a wet noodle 🙄
Hey Brother just made a very big complete guide on No FFB on G29/G920/G923 will land tomorrow.
Could you please tell me what Wheel are you using? My best advice is UNPLUG any gamepad/controller from PC they directly interfere with the wheels, remove any controllers. If only controller doesn't work then disconnect all the shit leave the wheel and test. It could be a device that actually even being connected interferes. The game is built very shitty in terms of device support. You are always welcome into our peaceful discord 🙂
@@projectxmotorsport using t300 rs gt I don't use controller so none is connected and I'll have ffb for a sec when I unplug it then it will go loose again fter like5 to 10 seconds
Didn't work I got the moza r9 and others have it working
remove any devices that might interfere, update your game graphic drivers, update wheel drivers.
HOW DO I ENABLE IT?
about to give up
Enable what buddy? Unplug your controllers ALL and follow the guide. ALSO I just released new Logitech FFB fix video.
How do u put no force feedback
What do you mean bro, you disable the FFB on all other devices except the wheel in-game. Also unplug your controllers! Then restart the game. + if you use Logitech make sure G-Hub is updated to latest version.
It stil deosnt have force feedback
Unplug your controllers, restart the game and try again.
If that doesn't work, watch my guide on Logitech wheels no FFB.
thanks man, good video
Happy to help man, hope you can enjoy the game as I do now 🙂❤️
Oooh I wonder why my car was doing that so much every time I drift 😂😂 I’m have to turn off feedback
Yes, if you use controller leave the FFB on only for the controller rest turn off, otherwise they start to interfere with each other.
is this game fun? And is assetto corsa a "realistic drift" game? like the physics
Hey Jacob, thank you for stopping by first.
Assetto Corsa is the most realistic drift game out there and just the best game for me is my personal opinion. Now for absolutely fun arcade games CarX is great man the fun the tandems it is honestly really fun, especially if you find a lobby with very chill players. Forza is great arcade too I literally just now started it, as I bought it recently I have high hopes to enjoy Forza now.
@@projectxmotorsport I see ty so much. Because the onlyt game i have been using for drifting is beamng drive.
@@jacobnsh Yea recently they have optimized a bit beamng, it's awesome game. But yea Assetto is Assetto. BeamNG drifting is way too hard than it should be, but it's awesome.
I don't have a ffb button
not sure how to help brother sorry for late reply, it's just tons of comments everywhere.
Yeah I have DD pro and this will not work on PC
oh yea with DD wheels is biig problem, I have soo much trouble with my belt driven TS-XW thrustmaster, so DD wheels prolly barely have support. You can check their official support list and try some other methods.
@@projectxmotorsport thanks for the info💯
i dont have an option for ffb on carx
Sorry to hear this brother, I haven't been in carx for 1-2 years now sadly
@@projectxmotorsport dont worry! i fixed it!
How, pls somebody help me.@@Spec_RL
Thank you so much
Happy to help!
Is it also working on Ps4??
Hey brother, yes it works on console too, but if turning off FFB settings, doesn't help. Try unplugging all other stuff and leave only controller or wheel on depending on what you use.
you are god, thanks 👊
Happy to help mate and Merry Christmass.
I hope you will enjoy the content in here 🙂
this did not change a thing my wheel keep going its own way
Unplug all controllers, restart the game.
I'd even say leave only the mouse and wheel, because I have no idea what else you have plugged in.
Ur options are way different then mine
hey brother I heard that carx was updated a lot lately and that is why soo much has changed, but I hope you can navigate and solve it.
I just can't drift I can hardly drive at all😆😅😅
Don't worry Ben, everyone learns you can do it! :)
@@projectxmotorsport nah that's a whole different story it also cost alot of money I only got a wheel not a handbrake and not round wheel not even 8nm of torque only 5🤭
@@benbraaf8109 All you need is a round wheel, I started on logitech g29 without the handbrake you just go for weight transfers and cluck kicks when needed. That way you learn a lot about control and handbrakes are there to get you on the line you need or safety :)
Did not work
Hey mate, make sure any controller/gamepad is disconnected. Unplug anything except the wheel ofc leave mouse n keyboard. But any type of extra stuff gotta go. Headphone are also not problem.
OMG SOMEBODY MAKE A FUCKING CONSOLE VERSION BRO WTF
Sorry brother, I don't have console sadly, but solutions are simple, check hubs they can cause issues, check devices they might interfere with each other and finally check game, I believe that's all for console.
Atleast yours centers
unplug any controller, restart the game, replug the wheel.
As seen on the video, my wheel didn't center it just slipped out of no ffb.
thats by far the biggest bullshit i ever saw.. and thank god you had a fix for that shit haha.. and i thought the FFB in general is crap.. after doin the turning off trick it felt driveable lol
We can finally play the game Eddy, that FFB problem was pain in the ass for so long and for so many people. Can't believe CarX didn't come up with a fix themselves 😐. Happy to know this helped you.
@@projectxmotorsport yea.. thank god it helped otherwise i would have been really mad hahaha :D
@@arachno000 Doncha worry Fella, I found some other methods too, but yea they are for, when this don't work. I think I mentioned it briefly on the video. Unplugging any other device can potentially fix ffb too. Like keyboards, mouse, controllers(mainly). But I am overall very happy that this video is helping a lot of people who struggled like me. I gave up on the game for 6 months, because of this. I was a mad dog 🤣
