    Avoid overeating
    > Eat slowly so that brain can register when the stomach gets full

    I had a major car accident last year and have been on pain killers on and off with other nerves medication because of which started suffer bloating issues. I know the cause was minimum mobility, medications, and depression because of accident. Because of severity I hardly was able to eat but now I started eating normally again. I also used to do regular yoga before and God's grace from last few weeks I started simple yoga again. But bloating is still an issue. Thanks to Vivek bhaiya I can address my bloating issues now🙏

    My questions:-
    1. If we avoid dairy products then Curd with Jaggery should also be avoided in the morning?
    2. What are the items, vegetables and fruits to eat which does create Gas?
    3. If we eat little little at regular intervals, then upvas (fasting) is not possible?
    4. We can try all the remedies together or to start it one by one?

      Hi, I am not expert in Gastroenterology. But I would like to answer your questions,
      Answer 1: If dairy intolerant, follow apple cider vinegar remedy
      Answer 2: After sun rise and before sun set is the best time to consume any food (Incl which you are concerned)
      Answer 3: By following Sun rise-sun set timeline, you are giving body rest for morethan 12 hrs, which is sufficient to repair.
      If you are asking about full fasting like on Sankast chaturti or ekadashi: All I know is dont mix sweet and sour fruits
      Answer 4: Start any 1 remedy, while bloating symtoms occur.

    ''I appreciate all your ways to relief or to avoid bloating, but Sir at 10:46 you give remedy for quick relief from bloating by doing 🧘PAWAN MUKTA ASANA for 1 minutes and you say that you can do it anytime .
    This is totally wrong❌ sir you cannot do it anytime , even it cause problems when you do it immediately after meal .
    It is a yogasnana and am a yog teacher so never do any yoga posture immediately after meal or within 4 hour of meal . There should be minimum 4 hour gap between doing yoga and meal.
    Except one yoga pose you do after meal and which specially help you to instant relief in bloating is VAJRASANA (वज्रासन) for 5 minutes. (some contradiction for ex. those who has knee pain )
    So replace 🔄Pawan Mukta Asaan with VAJRASANA in this vedio.

    @VivekSir Thanks for this information. Could you please make video as a guide to people those are doing weekly night shifts and suffering from disturbed sleeping, eating and most importantly digestive cycle in short disturbed body clock. Like me i do weekly night shift (1 week per month) each time i feel low energetic, body takes time to catch up with changed time of eating and sleeping till body get adjusted night shift ends and again have to manage new shift timings. How to handle all this also how to control night time eating to keep myself away during night shift.... Please requesting you guide on this topic.

      night shift drains a lot of energy.. best is to have light food(soups, mix-grain pulses meal) say 7-8pm.. during the nite fluids can be taken like plain juices(Avoid caffeine/tea/carbonated drinks at all cost) to be hydrated.. also day sleep needs to be regulated. normally after night shifts we tend to sleep long hours during day...
