I had a major car accident last year and have been on pain killers on and off with other nerves medication because of which started suffer bloating issues. I know the cause was minimum mobility, medications, and depression because of accident. Because of severity I hardly was able to eat but now I started eating normally again. I also used to do regular yoga before and God's grace from last few weeks I started simple yoga again. But bloating is still an issue. Thanks to Vivek bhaiya I can address my bloating issues now🙏

If you are asking about full fasting like on Sankast chaturti or ekadashi: All I know is dont mix sweet and sour fruits Answer 4: Start any 1 remedy, while bloating symtoms occur.

Could you please make video as a guide to people those are doing weekly night shifts and suffering from disturbed sleeping, eating and most importantly digestive cycle in short disturbed body clock. Like me i do weekly night shift (1 week per month) each time i feel low energetic, body takes time to catch up with changed time of eating and sleeping till body get adjusted night shift ends and again have to manage new shift timings. night shift drains a lot of energy.. best is to have light food(soups, mix-grain pulses meal) say 7-8pm.. during the nite fluids can be taken like plain juices(Avoid caffeine/tea/carbonated drinks at all cost) to be hydrated.. also day sleep needs to be regulated. normally after night shifts we tend to sleep long hours during day...
