I was remembering my childhood days dance classes...yesterday tried to remember all the steps from 1 to 10.... but didnt remember 7the and 9th number steps.... thanks to your videos .Instead of going for same squat lunges for workouts, I chose the odissi dance exercise and chowka 1 to 10 steps :)

Hello dear. It's totally ok if are trying it for the 1st time. 1 important tip for you. For the 1st few days do the legs only. Keeping both of your hands in musthi on your waist. Then start doing hands. 🙏😇 And keep practicing.
