Bhramari : This is an Odia word that implies Spins and Turns. Spins and turns are important aspects of Odissi Dance. They are present in every dance composition. Some of them are taken from "Abhinaya Darpana". And some are there whose nomenclature has been done for the 1st time as a part of evolution of Odissi dance( Unique to Odissi dance).

Yes you are right. 1st try to get the balance. That means just do the legs. (without hand and torso movememnt). Once thats achieved you can go for hands. And torso in the end.
