Jake, her husband was attending a conference in a Middle Eastern city. If I remember correctly, there was a bombing at the hotel he was supposed to be at and he was missing after the bombing. He later turned up alive. So that what they were talking about on the elevator. A few episodes later, Jake admitted to be having an a affair with a co-worker which lead to them divorcing. Also, Tony and McGee were like big brothers when they saw Jake.....you protective of Bishop.....and Gibbs was like a ticked off dad.
