(Hey, I'm first!) Just bought a second-hand American Pro strat, rosewood fingerboard, ash body in sienna sunburst (great grain). Plays really nicely. This amethyst finish is interesting -- I need to see one in person -- but my taste always leans to wanting to be able to see the wood grain through the finish.

Back in the day 7.25 radius was held out as best for chording. Is the low action of the 10-14 radius necks also better for those who want an easy time chording?

It’s the best compromise for chording lower on the neck and playing single note lines higher up.

Natural no paint just plain old natural wood rubbed down with turpentine and a little 90 weight gear oil mixed in to protect the wood.
