Just to make it easier on everyone, here are some answers for the most asked questions in the comments:
- What is the game called? How To Train Your Dragon: The Journey
- When will the game be released? Unknown right now but should be end of this year and start of next.
- Will it be in English? I very assume the game will have a English version, it’s not business smart otherwise.
- What devices will it be on? From the footage I seen it was mobile but like ROB most likely pc too
P.S I want an open world game too!!

i assume its free, and about the microtransactiosn i assume there was none only because of it being a test launch, its a mobile game so there probs will be @@cleli_cartoons

This game’s art style is amazing, especially in the trailer, but seeing it’s more of a city building game in line with rise of berk kinda doused my excitement :/ the trailer was giving such open world, breath of the wild vibes, and if it were more in line with that i think this game could go absolutely crazy, imagine the travel system for an open world game just getting to fly on toothless everywhere. The art style alone has so much potential and i wont lie, seeing it being used for yet another mobile game kinda….kinda sucks tbh but that’s just me personally

I think it's quite odd that almost none of the dragons exclusively seen in httyd3 were confirmed, despite hobgobblers being seen some of the gameplay footage. no light fury, deathgripper or crimson goregutter despite many less popular dragons being announced
I hope they make it, could be a update and part of new missions i hope
maybe they want to start with more of the older/first dragons in the earlier movies before adding the newer dragons seen in the third movie. i can definitely see them making some sort of event to introduce the light fury later down the line to build up hype for the game and make people play the game longer while waiting for the light fury to be added

Anyone remember wildskies? That game was amazing and I loved that game. As much as I enjoy this, I wish they would make a free roaming game where your actually flying the dragons

I am really REALLY upset. Since how to train your dragon came out there have not been any good physical copy games. I missed wild skies and now school of dragons is gone. I want an open world exploration httyd game combined with a racing game, but for a console system. Something i can play online but carry around on say my switch. I dont mind paying for it i did for sod. Not a flat platform game and not a fighting game.

Same mostly becuase SoD was one of the only games where you would actually ride ur dragon and customize it
Reminds me of if Rise of Berk and Wilk Skies had a child, but just modern and a bit better art and code wise.

There used to be a game called School of Dragons that kind of did that, but the game died with the company that made it.

The Icons for the dragons remind me of the monster icons in Monster Hunter Tri. Idk, they just look so similar...
Something that i already like about this game is that the main characters are more involved than in Rise of Berk. The thing that disappointed me the most about Rise of Berk was the main characters weren't really in it, just the dragons.
One thing I hope to see in this new game is the interactions between the characters and the dragons

Imagine a good game of HTTYD with the graphics of the trailer. An open world, online, amazing movements, tricks, atacks, enemys, the hidden world, discovering new islands, COP, PVP, etc. I would love playing that in my PS4.

I like the Cartoon Network game they had for HTTYD. It was more interactive and you had to learn how to tame each dragon and train them

although this game does seem to be quite different in comparison to ROB it still retains a lot of the elements ROB had. IK everyone (me included) want an open world mmorpg experience but what would we like in it. personally id like for people to be able to pick their village of origin which would influence some stats of a players character (e.g if they lived on berk they would be able to tame dragons easier). another thing is that players would be able to play as a dragon and do what they like there. and my last idea is if you wanted to players could start their own player run island and even choose to become hunters if they wanted to.
I had a httyd game on my older pc before, its a broken game(not playable, shutted down on june if im not wrong) but back in the days it was super funnn! Its and open world httyd game and the quality isnt as bad! The name is school of dragons!
I used to restartthe tutorial stage of the game to get a dragon similiar to the nightfury, called a sandwraith! Had many core memories in that game, i hope they fix it and all

I'm not entirely sure, but i assume they're will be an english version as it'll be a massive missed opportunity. If it's like most games, i reckon there will be a language and region setting. But until we get more on it, there's no saying but WE PRAY🙏!

from what i have seen i will definitly give this game a try but i gotta admit that i am a bit dissapointed. with todays technology u could make a free roam, customize open world game in which u can actually see ur character and dragon grow up and together, actually fight different dragon hunters and even have a multiplayer mode. i mean yes the game wouldnt be playable for smart phones but 100gb games are quite normal these days for console and pc. I am still excited for the game but i think there could be more
