I've tried to recreate Vendetta's intro using only footage from FFNY in this video. Vendetta's intro for reference: ua-cam.com/video/6zp_1ZrtMjk/v-deo.html
Nice job with the custom intro and D-Mob is quite slow since his speed is somewhat lacking, but to compensate for that drawback is having extremely strong upper body strength and lower body strength, and maxed out toughness/durability to take hits without taking too much damage or taking the impacts hard. Kudos to Chris Judge for voicing D-Mob aka Darrel Lewis and Kratos so well.
One of my first thoughts when they announced that he'd be playing Kratos was that the same guy who played one of my favorite fighting game characters is going to play one of my favorite all-time characters. Nice.
That's why his two Blazin' Moves in the first game (which had two different Blazin' moves per character, one from the front and one from the back) were called Power and Respect. Both moves are still in FFNY: D-Mob kept Power and renamed to Repeat Offender, and Respect was given to Chiang and renamed Back Attack.
even though i know d-mob its pretty easy to beat 1 on 1 i still respect and like the character cuz of the story mode and how we was really difficult in vendetta
"Used to be, you wanted to make yourself known, you prove your worth as a street fighter, or a hustler. We don't fight out in the streets no more, we’re organized, now we. Too gangsta for the garden. So, we've taken it underground. Inside. I'm a business man, and this is my biz-naz. My soldiers are legion: Method Man, NORE, Capone, Luda[cris], Redman, DMX. You want a shot at me, you gotta make it past these brothers. It's a dangerous world out here. Seems like every time I turn around, there's another young buck wants to take me on. I lay down for no man. You wanna take what's mine, you gotta beat me. But nobody...evah~...beats me." - Christopher Judge as D-Mob.
O D-Mob é super fácil de se derrotar, até mesmo usando o estilo "Mamba", pra um personagem de tão grande importância como ele, é estranho ser tão fácil, mas o Blazin dele é um dos melhores.
... man, this is perfect for recreating D-Mob and others in Aki's Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 (the Japanese version of WWF Wrestlemania 2000/No Mercy). Edit: and now WWE 2K24, now that it's free on PSN this month. :D
You take requests my guy??? I could really use Busta, Capone, Flava Flav, Ghostface, Ice -T, Lil Kim, NORE whe you get a chance. Check out my channel for Def Jam World War content!
Just checked it, nice content you've got there. Great idea of recreating Def Jam in WWE, it looks good. Sorry I took long to reply to your comment, somehow it ended up in the spam box.
@@elementff_ Not a problem.. Really appreciate your channel too.. Hopefully you'll sub and check out my universe mode vids. Really enjoy doing them.. The guys in our group are awesome with the creations. I just do the movesets, and make them feel good in game.

element you’re a freaking genius
Nice job
And you did a spot-on job.
Thank you. Shit was beautiful.
That drive by scene funny af
I remember liking D-Mob for his epic voice and fighting style, before everyone only knew him for also voicing Kratos.
I remember picked him for his voice and now I have his voice as an adult 😂
Teal’c from stargate wants a word
Christoper Judge did D-Mob's role spot on!
D-Mob for Smash!!!
He is Kratos The God of War Reborn
D mob is worth defeating
Spot off
He’s D-Mob, boy.
The most badass voice ever along with spawn.
Remember kids, no matter how tough you are, you can never defeat Kratos.
I was looking for a Kratos comment lol
Well tell that to Briggs Spider Tank and Proof in Def Jam Vendetta. Each got a win over D Mob. 😅
D-Mob seems like a calm and reasonable person.
I understood the reference.
Same as blaze too lol 😂
After the first game. I love how they switched him from the villain to the new hero's leader, and how natural it felt
That winning quote was savage!

@@zazelbyBack Attack was Capone's back blazing, Respect is now Cruz's
It has been a while since I last played Vendetta, but pretty sure D-Mob was Crow 2.0 in that game lol
I wish D-Mob got out of jail in time to see the Hero beat Crow.
he did, they let him out of jail for a friendly match
@@silverhanma
That was not canon to the storymode, that was bonus to unlock D-Mob.

Yep. The intro just earned you a new subscriber. Well done!
Thank you so much, man! 😊

the final winning quote clearly should have been 'boooyyy'
His combat style reminds me the one you call "Guido" (Wrestling + Submission + Martial Arts)
The clothing transition was satisfying.
For real
is it possible for you to extract that music in the blazin move
"Your CAREER ends HERE!" I expected nothing less from the Old Kratos VA...
Don’t you mean the new Kratos va since Terrence C. Carson was the original voice actor of Kratos.
@@Gazpacho834 I meant "old aged" Kratos

Tu acha o mamba ruim?

What does the "D" in D-Mob stand for?
Intellisaurus REX "Darrell" I think because his Real Name is Darrell Lewis...
Its also for the sonority, cuz he's THE Mob, D-Mob
Def Jam tip:
1) Pace yourself against D-Mob. He doesn't tire easily.
2) Using weak strike combos will build your momentum quickly.
