Hey man. How did you install the sealed bearing. Two bearings on that side. If you heat up that side you can drop one in but then you have to worry about the other side too falling out. Any tips thanks
@@Perkins.porting i have no clutch and want to keep the sealed bearing. I like the idea of that extra bearing for better crank stability. Yep its a goped. Also would you prefer the coated zenoah piston or the cy that flows better at the bottom of the transfers
@@dawsonmacie6984 I wouldn’t waste your time with the Coated piston. Are use a press to install bearings, If it’s loose you can use green Loctite just wipe it around the inside of the case before you install the third bearing

Isnt the ring gap pin center on the intake port on the cy f290 and the pin if offset on a zen 290?

The clutch housing holds it in... if installed on a goped, replace the sealed bearing with a large zenoah oil seal.

It’s only this specific bore size that cy made this change to the piston. It’s a newer model from Chung yang, four bolt 290 or F290.
