Supposed to be, it should not fall. Make sure the end of handlebar is aligned to the end of the handlebar grip. The end cap should be inserted at the end of the pipe. If still falling, your last option is to put a bit of silicon.
Hi tml184 - I had the exact same problem. The solution is to make sure that the Bike Handlebars go all the way to the very outer end of the Grip, so that the clamp is actually clamping onto the handlebar, and then the end caps should be hard to push in: once pushed in, fully secure.
For chill rides, ergonomic grips are nice because your palm can rest well on the handlebar. More comfortable than the round ones. Although I'm fine with round ones but ergonomic grips feels better.

what size of allen needed here?
Sorry I forgot which size of allen key, but should be no problem if you have set of allen key.
What is your opinion? Do you think ergonomic grips like Rockbros are better than round ones with neoprene or silicone?
