Absolutely, from my home near Poitiers I have toured first on a ZX-6R then Street Triple with tank bag & big gym bag lashed to the pillion seat inc camping equipment for years around SW France & Pyrenees. All that is nothing compared to Noraly "Itchy Boots".

Glad you guys are over the worst,I was not good over Xmas and my sister had a chest infection. Havnt been on the bike in weeks due to the weather, now have a tooth infection that is killing. I can’t wait to get back on the rebel hope Fay enjoys hers.x.
Wow, long time getting over the Flu Lurgie! Glad you are both feeling better and the Canaries will do you both good. (Don't be obsessed with cleaning, use ACF50 or equivalent, then, only have to wash down in spring which gives you longer time out on the road!!

Sorry to hear yourself and Faye have been poorly, she must be gutted not being able to get out on her new bike. Then when you do get out you found you spent an hour and a half talking to yourself due to tech problems. Hope you get good weather and are able to enjoy your joint ride out tomorrow.
I’ve had similar issues with my GoPro 10, and GoPro eventually sent me a replacement at the end of Summer 2022 but I’ve still not used it as I’ve become so despondent with GoPro products and their unreliability. GoPro told me it was an issue with one of the updates that affected the microphone, but I think there’s an issue with the GoPro media mod. I’m looking at Insta 360 as I use the X2 for snowboarding, and their smaller Insta Go looks interesting (although need a separate sound recorder).
I've never had a problem with gopros upto now except for user error but will find out tomoz when we dual vlog weather the problems been fixed so fingers crossed

Yeah absolutely ive been using protectants for over 30yrs and never had a rusty corroded bike .... still needs washing regular as i hate dirty bikes 🤣

Yeah Fayes had a 4-5 week cough mainly in the morning ... media mod is just the case that the gopro fits in so u can connect an external mic
