Personally, I can agree with this video only to a certain point. Ezreal isn't "1 build fits all" type of deal. AP mythic is great when enemy team actually has assassins (which is more often than not nowadays but still), otherwise I'd recommend Prowler's instead into squishy teams. And if you happen to face against 1-2 tanks/juggs or any kind of a tanky setup I'd say you better off with a Sunderer+Conq build.
i really need something about our "New" Zeri since they litteraly changed everything and you gotta build essence reaver into shieldbow it's hard to get something from the older videos
Conq into Trinity first has strong skirmish power. With Muramana you'd have enough damage late game as well, considering you'd go penetration next, allowing you to itemize defensively compared to other ADCs needing a 4th crit item to do relevant damage.
For the last item, I instead get Horizon Focus. It's basically like getting another free First Strike's 10% dmg extra damage. Plus, it's a hybrid build to counter any armour build with the AP bonus.
I keep hearing that Ezreal ult is good for waveclear. I forgot which patch but the damage to minions was reduced significantly and ulting a crashing wave in the sidelane doesn't give you the stonks anymore you'd expect. It has way better synergy with using it from fog to start a teamfight and chase with your E. Just a small rant/annoyance I had to let out, great video!
It's still good for getting your wave shoved in for a recall, which can be really big for getting a tempo advantage... or for hanging in toe with a hard matchup. Something like Siver, for example, will start to get perma-shove around lvl 6. Being able to fast clear with ult for the base will be really important to not fall behind in cs.
I find sunderer feels like his best build. Crown is still very viable if nobody builds thornmail, or they can't proc it. That dmg reduction is pretty huge.
To make full of lichbane you'd need to itemize AP items and most of them are situational meaning you'd be left with glass cannon (Death Cap, Mythic, Horizon Focus/Void Staff) build that leaves you very vunlerable considering your damage would come from getting in range + landing skillshots. What items would you imagine to go along with lich bane?
@@noahigler1466 you don't want to build double sheen. You'd either use essence reaver, or lichbane. Idk the math, but I'd imagine ER is just plain better in just about every situation.
Prowler’s Claw/Eclipse > Crown 99% of the time. Prowler’s for raw dmg and Eclipse for Armor Pen + Survivability. Crown is inferior dmg wise and the passive can be shattered too easily.
Lethality is a waste on ezreal, since you'll very building it likely 3rd item (ess reaver, muramana, mythic). By the time you have 3 items, most champs will have the base armor to essentially negate the value in a single lethality item. If anybody builds plated steelcaps, then you are genuinely trolling by building lethality--considering all the other builds you could go. If they don't have a dive comp, or things trying to 1-shot you, it's by far better to go for triforce or sunderer instead of crown. Crown is still a really strong option though, if they don't have means of proccing it. The mana gives you AD, and you have two AP scaling abilities so I hardly feel any dmg loss compared to the other builds. The AP actually feels really nice on your ult, allowing you to get massive dmg off if they clump up. It's genuinely one of- if not her best builds.
@@zeekieal Lethality isn’t a waste on Ezreal imo. Not only are you increasing the dmg on Q since it’s the main source of poke and damage for him, you’re already going to have % Armor Pen from Serylda’s 3rd, so it’s just an addition to your capability of dealing with champs that have armor. Majority of the time the Lethality Mythic would be built after mana items or after Serylda’s if needed. Triforce Ezreal is alright for games where you are weaving in more autos, but lacks damage when it comes to poke, especially with the W + Q since Q’s damage is 100% physical (This also applies to Crown, and the occasional Liandry’s purchase if a team is hard lacking magic dmg, but that’s a rarer scenario). It’s fine to build the Mythic later on in this case due to the fact that you’ll likely have far more gold with decent poke due to the addition of First Strike, as well as the effectiveness of the items before spiking him really hard. In addition, the AH from Hydra and Serylda’s before Mythic allows for far more Q spam, basically letting you freefarm even more gold. Enemies will have to stack far more armor than just Steelcaps for Prowlers to be bad. For example in a scenario with a 2700 HP target with 130 Armor, Prowler’s Claw still outperforms all the other Mythics thanks to its stats. Having the bit of AP to go with his extra scalings doesn’t really compare to this newer, optimised build, especially due to how easily the Crown is popped and loses its value in fights on CD, whilst also being outperformed by other items that have more useful passives. Obviously other Mythics might be better situationally, but in terms of a general rule of thumb, Eclipse and especially Prowler’s are going to be far better options for most players in most games. Just a bit more context for why the Lethality Mythics are gaining more popularity and performing better, I’m not a coach or anything, just trying to help others using my own experience + a lot of data because I love analysis. Also I appreciate the reply, it’s good to discuss these things and share info + data for the sake of optimisation :) (Correction: checked my data and the proper build path is: Essence, Manamune, Mythic (Serylda if needed), Serylda, then either a Ravenous Hydra/Defensive Item like DD, Maw, etc.)
bro not only this is a guide for a champ, but my vocabulary is increasing so much😩
LMAO
Omg I was looking for an Ezreal guide from you just 2 days ago! Thanks!

Excellent guide; short, laconic with everything you need to know. Was a perfect refresher for me coming back to play him!
i can't wait for the trist and xayah vids
thank you my guy :D keep it up!
Thank you for this! I have ADHD so the thirty minute long videos, while incredibly through, cant hold my attention enough to learn haha.
also without adhd 30mins is long ;)

thx in ru youtube i couldnt find good guide but u helped me , very appreciate
nice video, helps a lot, thank you
Is the conqueror rune page still viable?
Absolutely
It's pickrate atm is higher then first strike

Is rageblade ezreal still good?

take hex flash, futures market, timewarp and then of course mind > bloodline or attack speed. I start tear to fix the mana problems early.
When did the ezreal runes change?? I started playing again and i only play with conqueror (idk if i spelt that true)
The best champ in game
The ultimate is also great for stealing baron
From the bot lane

Crown is slowly dying tho most pro's are going for eclipse or trinity

Why no lich bane? It was buffed and on hit dmg right?
