In Asia, some country they are very sensitive with camera. Ex: Korea, Japan,... Hiding them is the way of respect. She didn't blur her fan cause she has their permission. I love her simply cause i'm Vietnamese. Such a big proud to see how success and beautiful she is now.
the way people in the comments saying youtube money can't give her this kinda lifestyle? lmao?? did you see her views?? like almost 1m views on each video and she's so consistent! 1m views = 500$ or even more ( coming from a yt channel owner that didn't get to make money bc of copyright skjfjsjw ) that without sponsors that pay tons of money ( around 35k at leat yes AT LEAST ) imagine this for each video. without other platfroms like promoting iish on ig or tiktok even. cmon guys shes rich rich like one sponsor can already pay her rent for like two months what ya all don't get...
as a small time youtuber, I can weigh in here, for 1m views, provided it is monetised, and with a good cpm, you'd be looking at 6-10k for 1m views MINIMUM, If you have good cpm.
$500?? Are you crazy 😂 she's making way way way more than that per million views. And brand deals + sponsorships are also WAYYY more than 35k. Surprised you say you're a "UA-cam channel owner"
I think it’s common for youtubers to blur other brands esp when they’re being sponsored by another brand but that depends on the rules of the sponsor. But yeah, it also depends on the youtubers when they don’t want to give free promotion on what they’re using/consuming but I doubt that’s Mai’s case cuz I’ve seen most of her vids. Don’t quote me on this tho cuz I’m not entirely sure x)
I've never seen anyone like Mai, she's funny intelligent and extremely hard working, after getting out of her house at 15 without her parents support I don't think I could do anything, making a you tube channel is far away, I just want her to be happy and find some good friends who genuinely love her🥹🫶🏻

@@CoconutButt are you mad? Or do you just like acting like you are? It does need hardwork and patience. I think it makes sense for her to spend more on her house because that’s where she mostly film her videos and she need good background + lightening. It helps I guess
This is “One Manhattan Square” building. Prices for owning an apartment ranges from $1.3M for one bedroom to $5.5M for three bedroom. Lease ranges from $5k per one bedroom to $19.8k a month for three bedroom apartments. You’re welcome.👌🏻😌
She's a motivation!!!! A hardworking woman who got through so much stress, endure those helpless night. Now she's living her live carefree! A beautiful woman indeed! 😍😍
Idk if it’s how it works, but I think she blurred out the other brands her video because the entire video was being sponsored by a brand she talked about in the beginning of her video. Probably didn’t want to lose the sponsorship money or be charged a fee for having other brands get free sponsoring 🤷🏻♀️
Apparently she lives in One Manhattan Square. Someone on her channel said that they cost about $7-8k/mo . I saw a video of hers awhile back where she talked about her income. She said one month she made $10k and she said "and usually I make twice that"... and it was I think about a year ago? So she has more subscribers now so probably makes much more than that
I had found an apartment in that building a few months ago, don’t temper the floor but the views/layout were very similar, and the rent was $10-12,000 a month
I have been following and subscriber of Mai from the beginning of her channel. I like her content and she's funny. I don't know for a fact but I think she's invest in herself, stock, Bitcoins. She knows a lot of things to keep herself living like this. She use to live in California in a nice place
Honestly, as someone who’s approaching 30. I understand Grahams frugal mindset, but when it comes to clothing, home items etc. I completely understand and support spending more money on better quality items. It’s way more worth it in the end. I just bought $140 shoes, and they are way more supportive and comfortable than any other shoe I’ve used.
UA-cam is crazy. Motivating me to get back to work on my channel. I’m 29 living in Manhattan (OLD!!!) and, by face-value lifestyle comparison, Mai is making WAY more money than me. A (29 YEAR OLD) product marketing manager 😬. Power to her. The 9-5 is DEAD!!!
I assume she’s blurring other product labels because the vide may be sponsored and they requested she blur other products out, which is a pretty common request for sponsored videos
@@SukottoX She's a UA-camr and social media influencer. I guess that's the proper title. If you scroll on her older videos, you'd see that once upon a time, she was broke, depressed, kicked out of her family's home and a high school dropout. People tend to see the "finished product" where folks have beautiful homes, are well kept, and have a ton of money without realizing that for some, it was a journey and not everyone had a silver spoon to get them where they are now and now that she's where she dreamed to be, she's enjoying life as anyone living their dream life would.

This is why investing is so crucial. You might not be able to invest as much as 50% but by investing you can be financially free way before your retirement age!
The long term investors like 'Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo' do not worry about short term performance that's why i follow her trades, which made me get a profit of $17,300 from $2,740. Whilst there will be crashes and opportunities to buy the overall trend is a positive one!
I think her rent can easily be over 10K/month for rent. Living in Manhattan with the huge apartment alone with those views and the amenities that the apartment building offers, I would not be surprised if that were the case, especially since she is not sharing or factoring that into her expenses. I am also sure she hasn't used all of the amenities the building has. If she is walking distance from Chinatown, she is also close to the subway as well so will definitely bump up the price.
the brands are blurred because she had a brand deal in this videos and sometimes brands request for no other brands to be featured. she doesn't do it in every video

Mai is my favourite UA-camr! ^^
I’ve been with her since she lived with her sister in Canada and she’s got so far on her own it’s so admirable 🖤
don't cut out the part in which she explains why she bought the jeans...
Mai is literally my IDOL most hardworking person everrr
i literally love her sm 🫶
Graham...you need to have Mia on The Iced Coffee Hour! I've followed her off and on for a couple years. She's a really smart 19 year old!!💕
In Asia, some country they are very sensitive with camera. Ex: Korea, Japan,... Hiding them is the way of respect. She didn't blur her fan cause she has their permission. I love her simply cause i'm Vietnamese. Such a big proud to see how success and beautiful she is now.
Mai is absolutely amazing!💗She's so fucking smart and hard working. She deserves everything she has in life.
the way people in the comments saying youtube money can't give her this kinda lifestyle? lmao?? did you see her views?? like almost 1m views on each video and she's so consistent! 1m views = 500$ or even more ( coming from a yt channel owner that didn't get to make money bc of copyright skjfjsjw ) that without sponsors that pay tons of money ( around 35k at leat yes AT LEAST ) imagine this for each video. without other platfroms like promoting iish on ig or tiktok even. cmon guys shes rich rich
like one sponsor can already pay her rent for like two months what ya all don't get...
as a small time youtuber, I can weigh in here, for 1m views, provided it is monetised, and with a good cpm, you'd be looking at 6-10k for 1m views MINIMUM, If you have good cpm.
$500?? Are you crazy 😂 she's making way way way more than that per million views. And brand deals + sponsorships are also WAYYY more than 35k.
Surprised you say you're a "UA-cam channel owner"
tiktokers get 500 dollars per sponsorship imagine what people pay her
Good thing he chose this one screenshot 3:17
I think it’s common for youtubers to blur other brands esp when they’re being sponsored by another brand but that depends on the rules of the sponsor. But yeah, it also depends on the youtubers when they don’t want to give free promotion on what they’re using/consuming but I doubt that’s Mai’s case cuz I’ve seen most of her vids. Don’t quote me on this tho cuz I’m not entirely sure x)
Agree! Some sponsorships require influencers to blur out or not include other brands in their videos
i think in that vid she was sponsored by fidelity
Yeah she could have an exclusivity clause in her sponsorships
I've never seen anyone like Mai, she's funny intelligent and extremely hard working, after getting out of her house at 15 without her parents support I don't think I could do anything, making a you tube channel is far away, I just want her to be happy and find some good friends who genuinely love her🥹🫶🏻
There are 1838494 girls out there like her, especially on IG taking their daily supplements with avocado bread
@@itsvaivi1662 im assuming you dont watch her. but she has been on a very hard journey she moved out of her house at 14 and stayed at her friends house, she built up her own platform and money without her parents, she is very diff to those IG girls, shes hardworking and shes the sweetest, she reads all her subscribers comments and she gives off such a positive vibe and says the most uplifting things.
@@itsvaivi1662 she worked alot ...Ig u don't watch her videos
She makes UA-cam videos. And you pay her to do it. She doesn’t do any “hard work”
@@CoconutButt are you mad? Or do you just like acting like you are? It does need hardwork and patience. If you're making videos on UA-cam you need to have alot of patience for it bc it takes years for your channel to finally grow tf up, and this is even more harder when you have no one to support you, but obviously people like you won't understand bc all you know is how to hate on someone who didn't do anything wrong and doesn't give two fcks about you
I love the Mai fans here! I've only watched a few of her videos but such a wonderful human being. Her success is hard won/much deserved!
We love her. That’s why we watch her videos.
I hit the like button on every video. It takes half a second, and it helps out the UA-camrs who put their time and effort into these videos.
She lives in a very popular building. I myself wanted to live here and the last opening I saw, a one-bedroom apt is about $4-5k a month.
I like graham because even though these videos are critical of their spending he’s SO nice.
Absolutely love the energy in this video ur hyped
She's a motivation!!!! A hardworking woman who got through so much stress, endure those helpless night. Now she's living her live carefree! A beautiful woman indeed! 😍😍
Idk if it’s how it works, but I think she blurred out the other brands her video because the entire video was being sponsored by a brand she talked about in the beginning of her video. Probably didn’t want to lose the sponsorship money or be charged a fee for having other brands get free sponsoring 🤷🏻♀️
LOL I laughed at the blurring of the Silk too! Haha, could recognize it immediately
The fact that she’s working out in Off-White Converse immediately tells you she’s making a lot of money 🤣
She's had those same shoes for so many years
Mai is an inspiration to so many❤️🔥💯
Apparently she lives in One Manhattan Square. Someone on her channel said that they cost about $7-8k/mo . I saw a video of hers awhile back where she talked about her income. She said one month she made $10k and she said "and usually I make twice that"... and it was I think about a year ago? So she has more subscribers now so probably makes much more than that
I had found an apartment in that building a few months ago, don’t temper the floor but the views/layout were very similar, and the rent was $10-12,000 a month
she can save more money by using that building gym - its beautiful and for resident. the building is one manhattan square
I saw Mai in the thumbnail and I had to watch, love you Mai!!!!!
Multigrain vitamins 😂😂😂😂 I love the roasting edits they always make me die
Ur job is cool still
same here. this has motivated me to focus more on my channel
I assume she’s blurring other product labels because the vide may be sponsored and they requested she blur other products out, which is a pretty common request for sponsored videos
So it’s paid promo from fidelity so I think the requested her blur other products
my bby WORKED for this. those who don’t know her and judge her simply want her money, but don’t wanna put in the work. great video though!!!
Respect people, i love mai and she dos not deserve that
I love Mai Pham. Also, in her video about the apartment, it's a two bedroom, so estimation is probably around 8-10k a month
And what does she do besides be rich?
🤮 dear god that’s expensive
@@SukottoX She's a UA-camr and social media influencer. I guess that's the proper title. If you scroll on her older videos, you'd see that once upon a time, she was broke, depressed, kicked out of her family's home and a high school dropout. People tend to see the "finished product" where folks have beautiful homes, are well kept, and have a ton of money without realizing that for some, it was a journey and not everyone had a silver spoon to get them where they are now and now that she's where she dreamed to be, she's enjoying life as anyone living their dream life would.
@@Fullofbull58 Haha I feel you.😂 Though if one can afford it, I can see why they'd splurge. A home is an investment, so you might as well get what you want.
@@queentina2411 Yeah sure living a dream life just like that at 19. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure she put in the work, but don't say it was all her because to get this type of life you need luck on your side.
She worked hard to be where she is now and we're proud of here ❤️
The knife is a beautiful Demascus style handmade kitchen knife. It’s the sharpest most durable, long lasting type of kitchen knife. It’s what Japanese chefs use, the style originated there and has been around for a very very long time. That knife is a once in a lifetime purchase if you keep track and take care of it.
I watched her since the beginning like volleyball videos if (you know then you know) she’s definitely one of those UA-camr that DESERVE everything she has.
That’s how I found her too! Me and her used to play club volleyball against each other!! She’s come so far I’m so proud of her and I love that I’ve followed her that long
So proud of Mai for how far she’s came!!
This is why investing is so crucial. You might not be able to invest as much as 50% but by investing you can be financially free way before your retirement age!
If you have the patience and discipline to buy and hold any asset or stock, you will be rewarded.
The long term investors like 'Stephanie Priscilla Bonillo' do not worry about short term performance that's why i follow her trades, which made me get a profit of $17,300 from $2,740. Whilst there will be crashes and opportunities to buy the overall trend is a positive one!
@@viviangall1786Always backup your trading with a good strategy, else the bear market will hit you so hard, and you might wake up losing your savings.

I love Mai! It’s so weird seeing other people review her.
i literally love her 🤍
i was waiting to see your reaction when she mentioned you! loved the video lol
This made me laugh so hard the fact that your energies match so well 😹 I love mai
“This whole thing should just be what she eats in a week” Mai saying she loves spending her money on food more than anything 😭 me af
I love Mai I’m so glad she’s getting all this recognition
Are you happy graham, I finally subscribed and hit the like button
the brands are blurred because she had a brand deal in this videos and sometimes brands request for no other brands to be featured. she doesn't do it in every video
U have to see her home tour, it's literally my favourite
5:02 - 5:05 literally killed me lol subscribed now hahahah
She so humble and I love her
Two of my favorite UA-camrs!!
