It just occured to me, the Voyager finale actually got freshly done CGI while DS9 had tons of reused battle footage from former episodes .... The only thing missing was the landing scene, Voyager setting down on the big area close to SF Headquarters.
I agree, like one last episode showing Perish and his dad, Jane Way and her last love, 7 of 9 meeting family roots, debriefing with new tech that destroyed the borg, and so on. Could have been a real nice closure for all the characters.
I love this video!!!! Didn't it used to have a drum heavy battle song with it??? Does anyone remember or know what song that was? Or am I just going crazy lol
@@weeklyequation No problem!!!!!! I dig all the videos. I think my favorite is the In a mirror darkly video. When the ENT mirror theme kicks in I always get a little spooked lol
@@weeklyequation And I am glad you put that to the end. That is where it belonged! The really messed that one up. Flying towards Earth and then down to the surface with fireworks. Correct order ;) Well done.
@@weeklyequation Also out of sequence when Adm. Janeways shuttle leaves Voyager (happens after nebula attack/discovery of the transwarp hub) but still a well put together video :)
@@faytneris I think the USS Discovery is my best case for a ship that doesn't behave like it should. Of course, that is due to the spore drive. However, one thing that I've noticed about the ships since JJ Abram's series is that all the ships are moving faster. Especially when you go to the small ships, like the swarm ships in Beyond, and the battle pods in Discovery. Maybe I'm forgetting something from the pre-2009 Star Trek, but I don't recall any vehicles of any size able to turn, stop, or maneuver as extreme as these newer vessels. JJ said that he took inspiration from Star Wars, and it shows! Instead of watching a cruiser, the Enterprise felt like the Millennium Falcon! Instead of the Federation shuttle my mother introduced me to, these new small vehicles feel like watching a swarm of Tie Fighters. It doesn't look like Star Trek anymore, outside of name and design!
I like what you did at the end.
I just realised … If the Borg weren't destroyed, they would've obtained this technology, which would be a huge pain for the Federation.
I was just thinking that. This was one of several Borg hubs. They already assimilated the tech so the knowledge was preserved in the hive mind.
U.S.S. Voyager... my favorite Federation starship ever!!!!!!
UltraKryptonian mine too!!
mine three !
Same. Voyager and its crew are my favourite Star Trek series.
It is a cool ship
Armored Voyager was so awesome. Would've been cool to see Enterprise E using that when they encountered the Borg

I would have preferred Voyager landing in Central Park in NYC with the twin towers still standing in the distance.
They have the best sound track of them all. You really feel for the lost crew 😢🙄😀
Pity we didn’t get to see what happened after they got back to earth
Janeway got a job in San Francisco Starbucks.
Charley Ghanem what about 7 of 9 lol
she became a pole dancer.

we'll get a glimpse since 7 of 9 will be on Picard next year. :)
I would have liked Picard in the E to have opened with Welcome home Captain...
memo to self: do not eat a starship carrying torpedoes and transphasic torpedoes. They can fire them from the inside!

the scene at the end came at the beginning (it vvas from the timeline 20 years in the future)

Sweet make another please and thank you
Impressive. Well done.
This is how Star Trek ships should move!
Ans how should they not move?
