Absolutely love the final result! So pretty! As a hairdresser myself I’m actually shocked at how the first round of balayage turned out!! Your hair was a pretty good base to get it light and toned ashier! I don’t really understand how it ended up more gingery! But glad they sorted it for you quickly, the second girl did an amazing job 💜
It was abysmal! It ended up so warm toner as they didn't use the correct toners. I'd never have let anyone leave me with hair like that. The person that done it needs a bit more training.
Gles yeah I honest don’t understand how the stylist got it so wrong! Even if they couldn’t lift it light enough, the right toner can solve so many issues! I’m glad the second stylist did a much better job.
You look gorgeous!! I’m a hairdresser and I’ve been so invested in this journey... I can say that taking all that red out of your hair is a massive challenge...the more of the ends which have build up on you cut off and the more your natural root grows in the easier it will be... I would say persevere! If you keep going back every couple of months and having more blonde put in... your natural root blended and kept and a chop at the ends you will totally reach your goal...once there is no artificial colour build up or once you’ve lifted through it to your ideal colour on the ends your natural regrowth will lift to the colour you want no problem! Also try not to wash it too much and brush from the bottom up as it will be fragile- and I’m sure you know but sulfate free shampoo all the way as it will keep your toner on longer Can’t wait to see the next few sessions!
KimH007 literally that! Don’t put your brush at the top of your hair and rip it down as it will break any hair that is knotted on the way down.. if you start at the bottom and slowly work your way up you will de tangle any knots you find along the way and keep your hair from breaking
I love the "chub rub" shorts from snag tights to wear under dresses. They're like tights material so aren't too hot and come in loads of colours including 'nude' shades 😄 xx

Did not watch yet but I'm so excited because I also went from brown to blonde recently and I'm loving it! I'm naturally a dirty blonde but I hated it for the longest and just now I started to embrace it more and letting it grow out with the balayage.
Any hair color fits so well on You. The hardest is to change without total bleaching is the red and its shades. I think going slowly wont damage the hair & gives you a good result. Ooo I understand the changing of the hairdresser situation, I like to stick with mine too, same as dentist 😊

Yes! I have these in ‘builders tea’ and they’re awesome! I have exclusively worn their tights for about 2 years now and wouldn’t wear any other!
