There is a lighthouse with wind measuring equipment just next to the spot: www.windfinder.com/report/kegnaes/2024-09-30 Early afternoon the wind was 29 at it´s lowest. Gusts in lower 40s. I did not feel overpowered, but I´m used to ride a kite in it´s high end. If you don´t have the right skills to keep your edge this won´t work for you. You can see some awesome spray in tomorrow video with the 8m, to which I switched afterwards, because a good friend wanted to try the 10 :) Yet I have to admit ... I didn´t touch the de-power yet. There should be some more leeway in my current setup. But I´m looking for a new big air board at the moment. This should also give me some more room to work with.
@Alexomator Wow this Harlem Thrive seems to be a fantastic kite. Were you more comfortable with the 8m or the 10m ? I was not doubting the wind speed, but it seemed so easy for you !
@@Baptiste_L I´m loving it, it does exactly what I want from a kite. But I know other people do like other characteristics and that´s cool too :) The wind did pick up over the day, little by little, bit by bit. So when I was on the 10 I was feeling okay. High end is never a relaxed kiting session. But the thrill makes it a good one anyways. For jumping I did feel fine. But I was afraid to pull some loops up there at 15m+. For the 8 afterwards, I was also feeling good. I wasn´t taking it as critique, but wanted to give some insights into the conditions, since you seemed to be interested.
@jondeur2686 This is in south denmark on the exit of the flensburg Fjord towards the Baltic sea. It's behind the land bridge connecting Als with Kegnaes. The spot is named Kegnaes Drejet on surfr.app
A very refreshing choice of music, love it 👍
@@dzikiadas Thanks, I felt the very same way for this one 😀
That spot looks so chill compared to the north see :)
Depends on where you are at on the north sea :)

@@TM-qc4cr war absolut genial!
epic vid bro!
THe kites deforms when jumping at 1:06 looks a little strange, is that normal?
Just opening up the arc. Deform is something else :)
@@Alexomator thanks for the reply, would you pick this over an orbit?
@@Jochumvideos Every time of the day, every day in a week.

This was 30 knots ?
You seem to handle the kite very easily. Did you feel overpowered ?
