@@Taty_a_trovejante And you know Arslan's meaning is also LION 🦁
From what I heard, he wasn't even using a stick of his own here, he didn't have a stick.
Tournaments in Pakistan are played with arcade machines apparently.
Yeah
He was using stick for the first time
@@sanjivinsmoke2719 No! Dipshit he didn't have his own portable fightstick.
@@ShingoKhan Chill, Captain Caustic. He was definitely using K stick for the first time. The sticks in Pakistani arcades are very different to both Japanese sticks and K sticks.
Saad Khalid do you know what sticks do they use there?
I heard this guy had to borrow the stick as he only plays in arcade.
yep,
Yes
Yeah that's what it's like playing here in pakistan only in arcades
This shows if you have passion and hardwork, nothing can stop you from success
Playing on stick is much different then arcade so he was not able to fully perform it was his first time on stick
It was also one of his first times using a portable arcade stick
I have a hard time believing it's his actual first time.
@@kunkundalin he had to borrow one from someone because he didnt own one, so it was probably his first time using one in tournament

TMM quote of the day. "You have to train with monster to become one."
Damn knee lost 2 finals in just 1 month that suxx
It's better than uncontentested dominance as has been the case until now, now EVERYONE needs to get better
3 finals actually
He remained 2nd in both tournaments.. Just one step behind... That also makes him great.
Now he knows how lowhigh feels
@Saved by Allah yeah. One thing I noticed in both of his losses is he was getting caught by counter hits and he got essentially poked to death in a lot of fights.
I think Knee will learn and improve from this.
You’re right, today’s Tekken is like an anime. After around 4 or 5 years of Korea arc where Japan and NA trying their best to have the equal power, and some of them do, the new Pakistan arc that’s teased by Arslan Ash is now starting to roll and ready to stir the Tekken world for several years ahead.
Can’t wait to see more Pakistani players on the scene which help the Tekken community to level up even more.
Tekken : dark continent arc
Don't forget that there's already a teaser about Peru Arc
Knee wears wrist things to allow him to play longer without straining his forearms
I think it's more of a merchandise gimmick
I thought it was just for cleaning sweat off his forehead or something
This is why I stop playing kazuya most especially electric.
Yea its a health thing guys.. He just plays so much hes fucked up his nerves and shit.
@Mustafa I actually remember him (or someone else) explaining that a long time ago in a T7 tournament where he faced Jimmy J Tran aka Mr. Naps in a Bryan mirror match.
“ You have to train with monsters to become a monster “ I like that..
I like that too.

Mr. Heartspeckr hmm awkward but ok
This definitely confirms it. Beating Knee twice? Pakistan has to be the best scene, or at least, the scene with the best individual players. And this is before the Lei even gets a sponsorship.
But are we going to ignore the fact that Knee is always in Grand Finals though?
@731mithu Awais wasn't the only one, there were a couple of other Pakistani players in this tournament too.
@731mithu that's not true, there was at least two more top teir Pakistani players there. Knee made it there fair and square which makes arslan's continued success and awais' possible future that much more impressive.
this was what i noticing
@731mithu omg the pretentiousness is off the charts with you, get your head out of your ass... I hope you understand

You know the shit is real when Chanel comes after the reset to tell Knee something about the matchup. Lol
Knee is like Goku in Universe Survival Saga arc . He is no longer the strongest we all thought he was
Exactly Tekken Tournament has become like DBZ now. 😄😄
That’s the way I’ve been seeing it honestly haha the z warriors are Korea, and the other regions are different planets.
That means he can unlock ultra instinct then?
Till now knee always come back from disappointments. I remember him constantly losing finals in t6 tt2 and beginning of t7, only now he is able to win consistently. So we will see if he is Goku or Vegeta(always 2nd). Exciting times for us tekken fans!!
Arsalan ash is Jiren and Toppo is Awais Hani and Dyspo is Heera Malik 😂🤣
I heard awais didnt play with his usual arcade stick, thats why he dropped many combos. idk if it's true.

In King Jae's video Knee explains something like, because of playing Tekken a lot his wrists hurt that's why he wear those wrist bands.
"He keeps it clean, safe... and very DORYA." 🤣
It was just sad that Awais Honey and his fellow PK players had their visa applications to the Philippines declined. I was at REV Major 2019 last weekend and I guess I can relate with LowHigh's disappointment at not being able to get the chance to face off with these absolute monsters, especially after he won the entire thing 😔
You say that people had no idea about Pakistan being so good which is mostly true but the British fgc had a slight heads up.
I remember SpagRip talking about when a Pakistani player visited the U.K. (there’s a large Pakistani community in the U.K., especially London) and he dominated the local scene like no one had seen before and everyone was shocked when he said that he’s not really that good compared to other players in Pakistan. This was a couple of years ago I think.
So we had a some small hint at what was coming but I don’t think anyone knew it’d be like this.
It was Asim
Asim was originally from Pakistan and he told Spag that his country has sleeping beasts that are way better than anyone else in the scene right now, and he said that if Arslan joined an international tournament, he'd destroy everyone, which he inevitably did. No one believed him back then, thought he was just being arrogant, but now we all know how many monsters have been hidden from the Tekken scene in Pakistan.
Dude was quoting the Arslan Ash documentary lol
UltimateBallaPOM I remember Spag talking about it before that but yeah, it’s mentioned in the Arslan documentary.
15:28 Yes, I’ve seen this comparison made before. Pakistan, the Secret Tekken Monastery™. Knee completed T7 on Hard and thereby unlocked it.
Check out King Jae’s interview with Knee about those wrist bands, they prevent wear and tear on his wrist while playing for extended hours
TMM you forgot that knee has a very good Paul Phoenix as well. He defeated anakin with it during the loser's final at evo. Thank you so much for highlighting the brilliant Pakistani Tekken scene.
Knee wears the wrist wraps to avoid wrist pain. He said so in an interview or a Q&A somewhere.
I wear similar regular wrist bands (the sport kind) to avoid sweaty skin glueing my hand to the plexi on my stick.
Those Pakistani players are coming out from the abyss. Can't wait to see more of them emerge. It's gonna be a new Tekken 7.
It was so awesome to see them cheering and see other Pakistani players like Bilal there with Awais. I think they all came together like a team. I fucking love the Tekken Pakistani scene. What a breath of fresh air for the game, what a season in the Competitive Tekken Show.
There's definitely more hidden gem like AWAIS and Aalan Ash hidden somewhere around the world.
Still lot more in Pakistan don't worry they will came up to
peru is strong too
@E AMV whos from turkey? Tekken master?
@@ultraboy99x Tekken master is from Kuwait I think

Knee has a bad wrist or something from all his years of Tekken. The band helps him continue to play. He said this on Kingjae's interview recently.
The King Jae interview with Knee actually gives an explanation for the wrist bands.
he had some pain
Knee is like the Rocky of Tekken, getting old and maybe not winning every time, all the time, but he is still amazingly good and will always remain a true legend.
yes he is legend for sure
no one reach to Grand finals except knee
@@HASSANAVES Don't get me wrong though. I'm extremely excited that Pakistani players are proving time and time again just how strong they are. They made watching Tekken so much more exciting.
@@klodek14 no i wont mind
He will remain always legend And respectfull to us
He is legend that is why leads to all to the grand finals.
And no doubt Pakistani players have made TEKKEN so much interesting
@Zayed Haroon I know Pakistani players respect Knee very much. I just wanted to praise Knee for being such a legend for so many years. But Pakistan is the best thing that happened to competitive Tekken in years. I hope more players get sponsored and get to travel to compete in TWT.
"You are only as good as your local scene"
That statement holds true even to this day. The 'spirit of the arcade' is something that EVO has preserved all these years, and has exhibited twice full on for this year. Pakistan has shaken up the Tekken scene, and I can't wait to see how Korea and Japan will respond to this invasion.
I think just like in weightlifting and sports, wristbands sometimes give extra wrist support to prevent injuries.
i saw knee miss too much chances but he choose to play defensive that's wrong decision. sometimes need risk like Jimmy j
bro this is not Kazumi or anyone! This is fucking Akuma bryan 50/50 even with Kazuya would not had worked! Coz Akuma can just interrupt the wave dash or 50/50 by dick jab and do the combo on so on!

Tekken has been played in pakistan since the beggining of time. My brothers used to skip school and even exams just to go to arcade to play tekken.
They also used to get beaten up afterwards by our parents. My brother won multiple local tournaments. If only our parents knew how big tekken would have gotten for pakistan haha.

I think the problem with Knee is that he doesn't utilize his opponent's weaknesses due to his devotion to a default korean defensive playstyle. As Kazuya he didn't do any lows even though his opponent never ducked. I am not talking about hellsweeps, but even normal low pokes, while Akuma used them all the time, this overall made the game for Akuma-guy so much easier imo.
A lot of these comments recently. Maybe its a sign of times. Their time is coming to a close until they adapt
In an interview at EVO, Knee said he wears those wristbands to combat carpal tunnel or something. He says he cannot play very long without them anymore
Tekken should be Pakistans national sport.i remember almost everyone bunking school to play tekken 3 at local arcades.i wonder why it took so long for local tekken players to rise on International horizon . There ll be many more awaiting

Arslan mentioned that Knee plays too safe and thats what makes him lose sometimes. He doesnt take necessary risks which are needed sometimes, and i personally agree. He plays Kazuya which is a 50 50 ofc, but he plays him too safe.
Now I'm so curious to watch Arslan vs Awais.
I think Kazuja vs Akuma was decided by juggle damage. Kazuya's juggles did not carry enough to the wall and so made much less damage then Akuma. But Knee had the momentum when he was pushin with kazuya and controling the okizeme but lost it being too defensively where he started getting a nervous and missing a lot of juggles.
I used to live in Pakistan we used to go arcade and have Tekken matches the winner kept on playing. There used to be guys just standing there if someone first struggling in arcade against so they would say I will finish it for you. But there were some good players when I was there
