Doctor i was taking 2 eggs in breakfast and prawns in lunch on 3 days and on remaining 4 days i was taking whey protein in morning and paneer in lunch for 3 years.i developed pain in left wrist left side and showed to doctor and he gave me fabuxostat 80 mg,zycolchin and Altraday and after consuming it for 30 days i did my blood tests and uric acid level was 4.8.still doctor asked me to stop non veg foods and alcohol.

Hi guys every 2 years I do full body blood test 2 years ago uric acid was 7.5 now I'm 2021 it's 9.0 I don't have any symptoms but yes once or thrice in 2 years I got gout attack In thump of feet 1 times in fingers it can go to back as well the burning sensation but joint all are fine I left beer 2 years ago it's due to junk foods and cold drink this got high strictly following low purines diet you guys can google it.
