Yeah I still loved it and even when the animation was kinda bad it wasn't like 7ds it was more like fan animations so it wasn't that much of a turn off if anything it felt kinda nostalgic. But then once again I like a bit of everything and I already at least knew they were gonna go into cybernetics cause they're working with the technology guy how are they not gonna get some kind of cyber upgrade
if the show was set up that way from that start then i wouldn't mind. what threw me off was the way ninja arts was introduced from the first couple episodes only then for it to take a backseat up until the last episode.
What ruined it for me and made me fall off was the mechs and CGI, the fights weren’t bad but they weren’t on that level of JJK where them sorcerers were jumping curses. I might jump back in to finish the series. I know this is not really spoilerish but the only part I left off at was when Zai and Higan fought in the hideout that they used in their days in the organization. It’s not just about how I feel about Ninja Kamui but if I start an anime, I gotta finish it from where I left off.

I honestly felt that this was John Wick dressed like a ninja because that is practically what happened. The only difference was that it was a tad bit cyberpunk. I'm happy this show did not have a redemption for the villains as compared to Naruto's villains I find it cliche for a villain to be redeemable in this case.

All they had to do was keep it a Ninja show where the main character was slashing dudes left and right and it would have went down as one of the best 12 episode action series ever. Right up there with Solo Leveling S1 and Hellsing etc. I am a fan of mechs but they were completely unnecessary and totally changed the dynamic of a show that was already a 10/10 with it's action and style. This should be a warning to future anime creators to not change your concept if everyone already likes it.
