I’ve had the M-Solo for a few months. For reference, I also have a B3 and XK3. Love the M. I like that there are no menus to wade through. The M is fun to play dynamically “live”, sounds good enough, and is so portable. The key action is fine. If I could change things: add Leslie connector, use standard power cord, optional Leslie half moon, waterfall keys for looks. FYI the Vox and Farfisa modes are a really good bonus.
Not to mention the keybed itself on the XK4 is proper waterfall action, unlike the M-Solo which, according to reviews, seems to have a stiff, synth-like action, not ideal for organ 😕 XK4 all the way
Sounds pretty close to me . . .How is the action on the M-Solo? I know for the size and weight they have to have synth keys not waterfall, but wondering if the action is ok
I have the Hammond xk1 and its still going strong 2 yrs i also have a Roland VK-7 as my top manual i use dual Neo Vents Mark 1 and Mark 2 for both. Simular to what u have there. Are u using a type of amp to get that sound or is it str8 from both the M and XK4?
I have an SKPro61 and the SK1, they have the same feel. I think the XK4 has the same action. It’s slightly disappointing that the SKPro lost the overdrive knob of the SK1. XK4 has it and some ‘logical’ things that shouldhave been on the SKPro.
No, ale to, bagatela, kilkadziesiąt tysięcy zł.

Prefer the M Solo! I have an XK5/ XLK5 at home. For gigs I use an SK1 through mini vent. Had an SK Pro 61 but didn’t like it so went back to SK1. M Solo might be a good buy!
In my opinion the vent is better than the internal Leslie. The internal sims are much improved but for me there is more sense of a physical movement of sound. I also have a Leslie 145 cabinet at home and the mini vent performs well against it. Most people at a gig wouldn’t notice the difference between the internal sim and vent. Using the internal sim certainly means carrying less gear and less set up time!
I ordered the XK4 and after 2 hours boxed it back up and returned it..to fucking complicated and difficult to make sense of it..the manual was useless...you try to do something and there is fine print under the so called paragraph or pic that tells you to look elsewhere in the manual..and you can't find that anyway..see, my Studiologic Numa 2 is natural, easy to adjust, has a great leslie sim, the built in percussion is really nice although the soft percussion is a little vague sounding but that's it...the XK4 was a disappointment to me..but tht's just me. I been a B-3 player since 1966..
Absolutely agree with you. I have the original white Numa organ and was "thinking" I need to replace with some new. (What a bad idea). I had the same experience as you when I got the XK4...totally "to fucking complicated and difficult" as you said. Since 2011, I still Love my Numa + Neo Vent combination. ROCK ON!
XK-4 has better sound quality than M-solo. It sounds more natural. However, M-solo is more compact. Perhaps, the difference in analog circuits and power supplies is what causes that.
Don't waste you money on these Suziki nightmares...buy A Numa II Organ it's fucking perfect...just like a B-3 ...without the bullshit to wade thru...the Leslie Sim is perfect..run it in stereo..you'll be glad you did. Leave this shit for the geeks who don't know what a B-3 sounds like..as for me, I been playing Hammond since 1967...I do know what a B-3 is supposed to sound like and I know how to play it !!!

They both have the same sound engine, no? I am a Hammond C3 player, please, tell me how the action is on these clones? How close to Hammond feel?
They sound the same to me... but the XK4 would allow tons of customizations to the sound.

Same question. Is the solo fun to feel?

The smallest organ i ever brought home. Under my left arm. In the box. Burgundy 😊
How is the action without waterfall keys?
@@PianoToneI have one and it feels fine to me. I like the cosmetic look of waterfall but I think the Solo is fine

Why do you need a Neo Vent with these Hammond keyboards? Isn’t the built in Rotary better than the Vent?

M solo sounds a bit richer.
Pointless comparison, since both feature the same sound engine. 🤷🏻♂️
