I need advice on a good pressure washer. It seems I can only afford a 4 gpm pressure washer. I seen a video of someone put together a 8 gpm for about the same price. Any info on a good system w/ unloader bypass for a great price? Or a proven build? I appreciate any info.
Okay so rn in todays word 1400 is tight for 8 gpm frame to unloader so u could definitely build a gear drive 5.5 gpm machine for 1400 ish … slaphappy ar pump and box 850$ Harbor freight 420 cc engine 450 ish$ Then vr3 unloader valve (I belive I have to double check ) with 3/8 nipple pressure ,3/8 bypass nipple , and thermal relief plug I think it’s called with the 1/4 to 3/8 adapter all together prob like 85 ish Pump support bracket 20$ 3/4thread to i in barb for water intake on pump prob like 8 bucks Frame is really what ever works gear drive is easier for frame it’s just like a flat surface but online 225
@@peachy4474 I really appreciate your help. Due to being in Red Alert mode, it is hard for me to pull the trigger to make the final decision. With not too many options, that seems to be the best option for me at this time. Ty for all the detailed information given. 🙏
Yes but my psi is lower with the smaller mower machine puts out 2200 when I’m surface cleaning but it still works great i will definetly do a vid in the future about how I built it and your buddy’s soft wash setup sounds like the real deal just in my case if I only have enuff for a pwasher or a soft wash setup I’m choosing the washer but am looking to add a soft wash system soon !
Ya there are videos of me using machine for soft washing and surface cleaning this isent a thing I need to prove bandit makes this same model with a Honda motor I dident re invent the wheel on this one I just built it in the cheapest possible way gpm is made by hitting the 1750 rpm while psi is more reliant on the horses power so my machine only puts out 2200 consistent working pressure
if you 'present' this material again in a video where you enunciate and articulate your words people may gleen a bit more value from it >< like listen'n to charlie browns teacher with marbles in her mouth underwater >
i could not imagine being so upset i didn’t have a pressure washer i take it out a guy who showed ya how to build a cheap one sorry you have a bad attitude and a shitty pressure washer 😂😂😂
List for DIY pressure washer
I cooled off my steamer as I finished using it. But i forgot to release the psi. And then i heard a loud pop. Now it just flows thru the pmp.
I wish the video focused more on the build and less about the messy parts everywhere. How do you work like that?
waste of a wish all i learned from this time with that machine is build a gear drive 8 gpm with 15.8 harbor freight max motor
@@peachy4474 What about a predator 670 with a udor pump?
@@peachy4474you need the 670 twin to really get the 8 gpm.

Do you have links to the parts? I want to get a 8gpm but they’re expensive so I would rather just build my own
No but I started a llc and am Going to be dropping an online store soon I think tailored to building your own washers
Russ Johnson at south side equipment will sell you a skid build kit for a good price
Where did you get the gears that the belts go on. How did you know what size to get?
U just need 2 pulleys and it depends on what rpm u are trying to achieve
Parts list/links? Much needed. Ty
Google double groove v belt pulley I just looked for the cheapest price I could find
Is a 420cc engine powerful enough to run a 8gpm pump? I thought you needed around a 600cc engine.
Ya plenty in my eyes it’s like a poor man’s 8 gpm u can get gpm from rpm but psi is deff horse power reliant
@@peachy4474 so how much psi do you think that is pushing?
2200 psi consistent I have a lil guage I should have a video up of me surface cleaning I use a 20 in be on wheels
Wow! You got a lot going on there😯
Get rid of that hudson and get yourself a jobe valve. Flows a LOT more
I will definitely try one out next time I plump a tank thanks for letting me know about that different style never never seen those before
Which jobe valve would you recommend?
@@lDubstepTime megaflo or topaz. I think they're rated at 100 or 200 liters per minute
What’s the size of those belt
