Gor DAMN it this bike gives me wood!!! The sound of a passing norton V4 sounds like the bike is literally ripping a hole in time itself. Absolutely exquisite noise which I could listen to on loop for weeks.
I am disappointed we won’t be hearing them again too, I am thinking of doing a video on the history Norton at the TT later this year so keep an eye out for that!

Yes indeed, since these posts were written Norton has moved to a new highly advanced factory in Solihull Birmingham and are back in production, including the V4.
Hi thanks for your posting. Some of the locations used have very limited or no parking but top of barregarrow, laurel bank and Cronk y voddy are all in this video and have good parking and facilities nearby. Make sure to get there early to get the best spots! Have a good time
Easily the stupidest bike created for racing. It uses the same platform as the Aprilia RSV4 for the engine but has 200 cc more and only produces 15 more torque while maintaining the same horsepower. And it costs 25000 more than the Aprilia. Norton really screwed themselves with this thing. Cool bike though. Yeah

No the Norton have a 75 degree v4 engine and the aprilia have a 65 degree v4 engine
